Really quirky interior and exterior. Lots of sunbeds and I enjoyed the sweet station. Room was spacious and comfortable with nice lighting

The checkout is at 10:30 but you can request a later checkout but unfortunately you have to do that at 8 am on the day of and it’s subject to availability which isn’t great if you’ve been out the night before and you’re hoping to have a lay in it defeats the Purpose. That should be changed to be able to do it the night before as it’s stressful not knowing if you have to leave or not

I think location is great, they have done renovation recently, nice modern design of the rooms and common areas. Took a half board, the best news for me - beer was included due the dinner, which was fantastic! F&B team - 10 out of 10! Buffet was amazing, everything was delicious, great choice of food and amazing service! Everyone was smiling, helpful, attentive and supportive.

Check out time is 10.30, which is very weird for world wide standards. Reception team - 6 out of 10, not smiling not friendly. I asked to extend check out time a bit, because it’s my birthday and I planned check out time and flight based on normal standards, I heard I can have half hour more and no happy birthday. What a shame! Made me leave with negative feeling. Important for booking.com attention! I was forced to provide credit card details, which is against the low! Not deposit, not pre authorization! But credit card details! “Just in case”, this is totally illegal!

View from the room was amazing! Hotel decoration is gorgeous, mocktails in the bar were good! comfy bed, big comfy bathroom, great balcony with stunning sunset view. Very Clean, very good location.

They ask you for 10 Euros guarantee for using towels in the pool. Disappointing for a 4starts hotel.

Almost everything except the pillows which are extremely soft and can give a very bad shoulder & back pain. Hotel has an exquisite interior design! Staff are the gem of this hotel. Cannot fault any one. Lucas fixed the faulty safe as fast as he could possibly do. David, the resto manager is the best! It's worth booking with breakfast & dinner! Best Buffet ever! For its price, you get your money's worth. Just don't be surprised you have to wear a color-coded rubberized bracelet that you get to wear off only at check out. From Ibiza airport, simply take L9 Bus and get off at ES PUET V.PLAYA, like 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. You may also get back to the airport at the same bus stop. 4 Euro per person. We tipped 5 Euro the nice bus driver. Why not? 8 Euro from the airport to the hotel, very affordable. Best sunset view from our balcony room 1619! Too bad we have to check out and moved to another hotel at Ibiza's Old Town. What a disappointment that we did decide to stay in Ibiza's Old Town on our last 2 nights instead of just staying at The Nyx Hotel Ibiza at San Antonio Portmany. (Unless weather not permits) FORMENTERA Day Trip from San Antonio 44 Euro per person ***From San Antonio Pprtmany to Formentera Departing San Antonio at 10am Departing Formentera at 6pm (2 hours per boat trip) ES VEDRA island can be seen in going to & from Formentera (More like, 2 in 1!) Note: 4pm to 11pm Music starts playing but not annoying or disturbing. DJ has best song selections. We took a taxi in going to the Time & Space- Ibiza's Stonehenge & Gates of Can Seilo (We negotiated with the Taxi Driver to bring us there & waited for us. Pretty much for the sake of seeing the 2 most talked about sights & snapping some pics. 40 Euro, not bad but we ended up going twice there to show the place as well to our new found friends. THINK NOT TWICE! Book at this hotel!

Great location, amazing vibe and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only downfall is the pool beds get filled very fast but both that big of a deal, the beach is so close and also there and heaps of beds and seating other places

Bedroom first, decoration fabulous, Bed 🛌 big & real comfortable. Breakfast really good, staff excellent couldn’t do enough for guests. I had evening meal good selections of food & drink. The only I would have Like was tea or coffee after meal but overall fantastic 🛌🌟🌟🌟🌟

Honestly, DJ Boro is one of the main reasons I’d come back to this hotel – he brings the real Ibiza spirit to life!
