Staff were super friendly and always on hand if you needed anything. We requested an early check in and late check out and both requests were no problem. Note: this may be due to it being early in the season. Pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. Room size in our one bedroom apartment was perfect for 3 of us and the air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area was great. Kitchen amenities were good with a decent sized fridge. Location is ideal and the bay is quieter than San Antonio itself, so best of both worlds. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Regular buses take you to the local beaches Cala Bassa, Cala Comte & Cala Salada, the airport and San Antonio. Taxis and Ubers are easy to find in the area and you don't have to wait too long. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing - only thing I can think of as an improvement would be a separate shower (walk in) instead of over bath but this wasn't an issue for any of us.

The staff where amazing expecially Alicia on reception she could not have been more helpful & a credit to your hotel. Good location with restaurant's & bars nearby, also a local bus to take your round to san antonio.

As It was a self-catering apartment I would have expected it to have a iron or toster but you had to hire them from reception which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very spacious. The breakfasts were fine and varied.The staff was super nice! WiFi was not very fast but stable and enough to work remotely. The location is a little bit on the side, so it's calmer.

Room and bathroom especially needs some refresh, it's dated although clean. Swimming pool music is annoying if your room faces the pool, in the evenings it overlaps with the music from the restaurant across the road. It can be challenging to find a parking space in the vicinity.

The staff were super friendly and helpful - including providing recommendations, calling taxis, looking up bus information. And we encountered quite a few over the 4 days and all were the same. So obviously some good customer service training. The room was clean and perfect for two friends travelling together. Thank goodness for the aircon. What we also liked was that whilst the hotel wasn't that close to San Antonio there were good bar, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Highly recommend the boat taxi which took us to San Antonio for 5 euros each way in 15 mins when we were too hot to walk an hour. Easy and cheap bus route to airport as well as the bus stop was right outside!

The only thing that I think they could improve is to provide a few elements like chopping board, wine bottle opener and maybe ice trays in the freezer. We didn't cook at all in there but some more basic elements would have gone down well.

Alicia is an excellent staff member that always meet and goes way beyond to make sure I had the best stay into help with any query she always had a smile and ready to help the night staff member always very kind and attentive to my queries. Is the second time I come to this hotel and sure will come again and again, is the perfect spot for everything I need beaches restaurants supermarkets etc

There’s nothing to not like in this hotel

Room was good overlooking the small pool. Staff were excellent & attended to all our needs. Location is superb, bus stop outside the hotel takes you to San Antonio for €1.64 & all the beaches on the west of the island. The pool is very nice, you can always get a sun bed. The San Antonio bay road starts outside the Maritim & the are endless bars & restaurants before you reach San Antonio. Going back in September.

Nothing, liked it all , didn’t want all inclusive & it’s quite at night.

Our fault but a long way from San Antonio town - in relatively quite part of town Rooms were large and clean but quite dated - whilst there is a kitchen wouldn’t be able to cook anything substantial due to lack of facilities and cooking utensils

The staff were very helpful and super friendly it’s perfect for just sleep and explore the area around,all amenities are very close. Sun set was right there, 2 very close beaches and water park for the kids minutes away. Amazing roof top hotels open to the public and restaurants to eat. This hotel was just perfect for us

I highly recommend and loved staying here. The apartment was very big for a group of four. Extremely clean, bright, open and lovely to stay in. Plus the staff at the reception desk were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this location.

Great Pool option for Kids and Adults. rooms very spacious . Nice Pool Bar with good options of snacks. Location is Great with options of parking in around 500 meters

if traveling with kids or old people consider Stairs or request ground floor apartment as it can be very hard and tiring with luggage. should have more options for the apartment facility like a kettle, coffee machine , Iron and other easy things that make your stay pleasant
