The staff were lovely, very friendly. The gentleman on reception let us check in early and upgraded our room. We had a lovely view of the pool and salt lake at the back, which had Flamingos on. The room was spacious and comfy. All spaces had aircon and underground carpark kept the car cool.

The only snag was the walk into the centre of santa pola, which wouldn't have bothered us normally, but extreme temperatures, made it a killer,

Friendly staff, nice location away from the city center, close to the beach, comfortable room, breakfast with many choices, dinner is also good for its price, nice pool and bar

The lock off the slide door to the balcony did not work, a safe without any lock (technically it's just a heavy box without closing function), some of the staff could not speak English but they did try

The staff were all friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much. Good sized room, clean and comfy beds. Good choice of food at breakfast and lunch, tasted good too. Nice walk to the beach, great beach with children's park and nice eateries. Hotel pool was nice, not too busy.

The walls seemed quite thin, heard a lot of noise from the joining bathroom. Which was a little annoying with a small child. Childrens pool was closed 'for maintenance' for 2 days which was a shame.

The Staff was excellent very approachable & helpful, the room was very clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable & managed to get a great sleep. The fridge was very clean & did keep our drinks cold. (water) The T.V was a bonus & no problem with English Channels, there was plenty of electrical sockets available.

The only thing that was missing was a kettle, as we do like to have a coffee in the mornings.

Excellent facilities for a 3 star hotel. Extremely comfortable room, amazing breakfast and all staff were polite and friendly. Would definitely return

The only slight negative I can think of is that sound proofing isn't great. We could hear our neighbours talking and using the bathroom etc during the night, but that's just how Spanish buildings are

Great cosmetics for tourists in the form of mini toiletries, including a toothbrush with toothpaste for the forgetful.

In the hot summer, water should be provided free of charge during meals. I was surprised when no drinks were offered with dinner and you had to pay for a small bottle of water. I also missed vegetables, in the middle of summer, only tomatoes and zucchini were served for breakfast every day.

Spotlessly clean! Large room and excellent bathroom!! Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. We loved our breakfast, especially the fruits and yogurts! We hired bikes from the hotel one day and had an excellent cycle trip along the coast towards Alicante.

The hotel is located in great, quiet area of Santa Pola, which can be a big advantage for those looking for some quiet holidays but within walking distance to the beach. Also the town centre is 10 minutes walk away. I don’t think that young party going people would be happy in this location but for those looking for something different this place is perfectly located. Hotel room we had was spacious enough and very clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and right on spot. Breakfast choice of food is wide and everyone could find something for themselves.

When we were looking for accommodation in Santa Pola we wanted something with parking lot as we had car rented. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. On arrival there I found that parking on hotel’s premises is charged extra but there’s a lot of parking places just outside hotel gate. Neighbourhood is safe so we didn’t have to worry about the car staying there overnight. All in all everything worked out well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted a kettle, being British we like a cup of tea. Reception found a kettle and cups for us. It was appreciated.

Location, when we arrived we were a little surprised, I suppose in high season it's a good location, near to the beach and pleasure park. Out of season, a lot of nearby attractions (including places to eat), were closed.

We had to book this hotel as our flight was cancelled and we were unable to get another until next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful they organised us a taxi for the next morning even though they were having problems getting taxis we were very grateful ☺️
