Friendly staff greeted us on arrival and gave helpful advice on where to eat. The room was large and bed very comfortable. The breakfast room was bright and there was a good choice. As part of the package we had a taxi from the airport which was very convenient and well organised.

Room was clean but a little tired eg holes in towels, black mould on tiles in bathroom, On arrival there wasn't a hairdrier and initially reception staff said there were none available but they did supply one when I said this would be a problem.

Great location, a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Alameda de Hercules and within easy reach of all the main attractions via the tourist buses. This is a lovely hotel with good sized rooms and in a peaceful location. Staff were excellent; very welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We parked a 15 minute walk away at Arjona and that worked perfectly. Would definitely consider staying again

The walls are a little thin as people have said but there isn't a lot of noise you mainly notice it in the bathroom so it didn't bother us. Worth noting there is no bar at the hotel but there's a pretty little courtyard you can sit in and some drinks in a vending machine

comfortable well serviced and clean Room. The Breakfast was very good and I liked it. If however you are expecting a Traditional Hot cooked Breakfast you will be disappointed. The eggs, Bacon and sausages were well cooked and edible but were just on the warm side. The location was good to access all parts of Seville however it is a bit of a walk to the Cathedral

There was just the one power socket in the room and that was being used to power the fridge via a two socket extension lead. I was not happy having to plug my extension into and extension and use that for all my power requirements. Sound Proofing was poor - i could clearly hear couples talking in adjacent rooms . Not conducive for early nights.

We arrived at the hotel on the day Spain was hit by a power outage. The staff handled the situation very professionally despite the difficult conditions. They were friendly, welcoming and very service-minded, they helped in every way possible, despite the fact that nothing was working in the hotel. They helped with good humor and they unfailingly went up and opened the room doors manually when needed. Many thanks from us for the helpfulness and positive way we were greeted, despite the situation without electricity. Thank you very much for the extraordinarily good and friendly service

We were very happy in any way , but it is important to know that parking space is narrow and mostly for small cars, VW Polo and similar.

Exactly what you’d hope for in cosmopolitan hotel near an old town. Perfectly clean, air conditioned, we had a nice balcony overlooking the street, sleek bathroom with lovely soaps. Also the staff were extremely helpful in all cases. If you buy the room rate with the parking included, you can rest easy knowing your car will be safe for the duration of your stay and it’s included in the price.

The car park is very challenging to drive in and out of even in a small/mid sized car. Anything bigger and you’re running a huge risk of damaging it.

Nice room with a view to the internal yard which has a functional fountain. Thankfully noone was smoking there. Breakfast was great, with anything you might expect. Significant tourism objects begin at 30 min walk distance, but the route is pretty straight forward. Hotel has an underground parking available, however, confidence in parking skills is recommended.

The bathroom door is a brave choice - its made of mate glass with 1cm gaps from all sides and opens both ways (no lock). Internal side of the door stands is basically a mirror, so anyone in the room has a pretty good sense of what is going on inside the bathroom. In other words, privacy is relative. Didnt bother us much though, I just think it was funny.

Very good value and helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great location, near an area that has a good buzz without being in the main tourist area but near enough to that as well. Staff recommendations were spot on.

Noise from neighbouring bedrooms was loud at times especially late at night. Perhaps the rooms have walls and flooring/ceiling which are not well enough sound-proofed. Toilet flushing and shower noise, particularly late at night was a problem if you were trying to sleep. Also, 3 sources of light remained active in the room when all normal lights were off....green exit light over the door (I understand health and safety requirements), television pilot light (unnecessary), and smoke/carbon monoxide sensor red light flashing every 7 seconds.

We liked the bedroom and the bathroom. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The room was cleaned daily.

We did not like the fact that there were no tea, coffee, facilities in the room. There was only 1 bottle of water on arrival and no other free water available. We could not have a hot drink in the room and had to buy our own water rather than use the fridge water which was expensive. We should have realised but would have preferred a bar in the hotel also.

The location was ideal - close enough to the centre and all attractions but in a quiet back street. The room was a good size and overlooked a small courtyard. The staff were first class, helpful and friendly throughout.

Would have liked a kettle in the room to be able to make tea or coffee. Breakfast was ok but a little lacking in choice. It would have been nice to have some museli, granola & seeds rather than just cornflakes.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around. Everything was spotless, showing great attention to cleaning and maintenance. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

The only downside was that the blinds didn’t fully block the sunlight in the morning, and even with the windows closed it was still possible to hear the building’s AC units, especially at night.
