August 2024

The hotel is clean comfortable very friendly and very well run with brilliant staff. The facilities in the hotel are modern and spotlessly clean. The Level is worth spending the money on. (We had booked 2 double rooms with breakfast but were offered an upgrade to the Level just before we arrived) The rooms are the same hotel rooms from all over the world. i found our bed comfortable but did not like any of the three styles of pillow offered. I spoke to recetion and asked for five or six flat pillows to be sent up. they all arrived within minutes and were great. The shower was powerful and warm. We found being able to pop in for a complimentary cold drink or bowl of fruit or crisps or cakes or sandwiches was brilliant after getting too warm by the pool (we were here end July and first week of August 38 -43 degrees. The pool is lovely with enough loungers etc., however if you are not down by 12 tough luck. The pool opens at 11 and fills reasonably quickly. I don't know if the pool is heated but the water temp was perfect . There are steps into the pool at one end and dotted all around the edge are ladders also. You will need to get towels from the life guard so don't forget the Towel card you will get when you check in. Yes there are road works out the front of the Hotel but you are never aware of them. There are plenty of Taxis at a taxi rank if you turn left from the hotel about (350 meters). Taxis are plentiful in the city. We went into La Setas (The Mushroom) most evenings to experience the bars and restaurants which were very good value the further off the main square you went. We had gone into Trianna the first night but the kids were not mad on the restaurants.. The sights in the City are jaw droppingly beautiful and there are too many to list. The hotel is a short trip to most sights we went to and the cost for 4 was always less than €8 we rounded up to a €10 each trip.

Sometimes the Aircon would blast an unpleasant smell when we returned to our room. But it would dissipate after 4 or 5 minutes. We didnt say anything till we were leaving as we wanted to stay next to our kids (teenagers) room and were afraid we would be moved. They did apologies when leaving and promised to look into it.

Staff were all good, friendly and efficient. The room was good, although a few small things included in our confirmation were not actually included but these were minor and caused no issues. The hotel facilities were excellent. Location is good for getting into the main city with a tram stop just down the road but we also enjoyed a few bars and restaurants around the hotel. The massive El Corte Ingles store over the road with a supermarket in the basement was also very handy. A pleasant stay in a really beautiful, civilised city.

Not the hotel's fault but the weather at the end of May is very very hot, mainly 30-36C when we were there but now (the day after we returned home) the temperature will be 40/41C for a few days. We would not return at this time of year.

I liked that it was close to public transportation and a mall. The hotel also looked good, it has a nice bar am restaurant and even fruit water in the lobby (free of charge). It's not very close to the city center (but that aspect is clearly indicated by the property), but it has plenty of nice restaurants close by that you can choose from.

I didn't like that the mattress wasn't clean (there were many small black seeds underneath the sheets) and that they asked for a 20€ fee to check in earlier than 2pm. Also, the pillows were not the best.

We stayed at this luxury hotel for three nights and had an overall good experience. The location is excellent—very close to a tram station, train station, and a nearby mall, which made getting around and shopping very convenient. The hotel itself is luxurious and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-arranged. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained.

However, for a four-star hotel, we expected basic amenities like an iron, slippers, and a shower cap to be readily available in the room. These items are only provided upon request. For example, I requested an iron, which was collected the next day, and I had to call again to get it back.

Great stay overall! The hotel is large, beautifully decorated, with stylish bars and a lovely pool. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, offering great comfort and convenience. One of the highlights was the breakfast — a truly impressive spread with an enormous variety of options to suit every taste.

The only downside was the view and the windows. Although the hotel has clearly been renovated, the windows themselves were not, and just outside them was a concrete facade that made opening them rather unappealing.

The pool was a good size for the amount of people there. Bed was comfortable and room was modern and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got a late check out (free with the level) and changed rooms with no issues due to loud roadworks out front.

We opted for "the level" which is the superior room with the perks of the terrace (free breakfast, snacks and beverages throughout the day). We couldn't leave the terrace with our food or drink, it wasn't located at the pool and you couldn't sunbath with a drink in the terrace. We had to buy drinks from the bar (which is pricey enough) at the pool and this defeats the purpose of the perks of free alcohol or any beverage. The hotel was strict about this and other things. The price of the superior room with the level included is quite high. Maybe taking drinks out to the pool in moderation should be looked into by staff.

We were lucky to have very helpful and attentive staff the first day. After having technical issue in first room (the door didn't close), we were redirected to another room where we encountered big cleaning issues and broken WC. After telling reception that another room also have problems they offered us superior room as a courtesy to such inconveniences.

The hotel itself apart from staff and lifts is not 4 stars, old building with poor ventilation and rooms have issues. If we were not lucky to have the team that was working those day of check in (because in the day of check-out it was another team, not friendly at all), and offered superior room - the rating would be 0.

First of all, our deepest appreciation for the wonderful gesture of finding a bottle of sparkling wine and some Spanish treats on the occasion of our anniversary. This is what customer orientated service looks like. Thank you again. Breakfast was one of the most complete I ve found till now, plenty of choices, both hot and cold, traditional Spanish dishes and more. Very clean and overall an impressive hotel, so big and an interesting way of calling the elevator, you ll see what I mean :) The neighborhood is very peaceful, in front of the hotel you have 2 big malls, the shuttle bus to the airport is at walking distance but the only minus so to speak is the distance from the city centre:if you like walking, half an hour on foot but there are plenty of public transport choices right across the street.

It was walking distance from the train station, so very convenient. Also, very close to the football stadium and to shopping. Staff was nice and helpful. I chose this hotel above other nearby ones because people said that the breakfast was very good - truth was, it was actually phenomenal! There were lots of choices and lots of wonderful options: fruits, pastries, breads, cold cuts, etc., etc. The food wasn't just plentiful: it was very good! My son needed a place to spend the night a few days later and I told him to stay there as the breakfast alone would be worth it.

We only stayed one night because we needed to be near the train station and had visited Seville before. The room was comfortable, cool and quiet. We did not have time to eat breakfast before we checked out.

The large pool and lounges were so crowded that we went back to our room! A disadvantage of staying during a heat wave on a weekend. The location of the hotel is not one you would choose for your first visit to Seville, as it is too far from the older, more charming areas.
