Hotels staff was totaly helpfull and friendly. Got upgraded because of the low season is starting.Big room with a big bathroom. Best thing was the pool which fits to our 2year old little girl.

Breakfast isnt worth it but that wasnt a big suprise for asia. Price in the restaurant is not quite cheap, but there are some beach Restaurants nearby.

Location, the ambient, staff n cleaness

food preparation n availability of vegetables or meat for the items on menus should be available always except seasonal things. thats it.

The property is quiet and in a stunning location, the facilities are very well maintained and tidy. The restaurant is large with many options on the menu, the room service was a bonus as we could enjoy eating in the comfort of our room, after a month of travelling it was nice to enjoy that luxury. Unfortunately, when we ordered our meals each time we got incorrect items such as a marinara pasta instead of a carbonara however, this just comes down to the language barrier at times. The bath tub is huge and very luxurious however, the plug did not fully work so it did not fill or retain water as well as it should. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Great place on the beach, very clean beach. Nice breakfast, beach bar. Big room. Quiet place until locals not there :) very comfortable big bed.

Need to fix bathroom taps in delux room. Room needs some renovation. Prices are too high for this quality (they try to do something european level lux but still it is overpriced srilankian imagination how luxary shoul look like).

stay we spent with a child 21months, the place is very safe in case you want to let the child move freely around the area. The place met our expectations. I have to very much praise the hotel manager very quickly resolved our requests. The food is very good. The chef, also the staff, is very friendly and will always fulfill your orders with a smile

there is noise from the train station, but it's not so terrible trains pass ony a few times a day

the staff is really nice and very attentive to your needs. is nice place by the beach

this is not a 5 star hotel, i would say more like 4 star as furniture is quite old and the spa was not working due to Covid situation

Deluxe room upgrade on arrival, most comfy beds in all our Sri Lanka stay of 3 weeks, great pool, beach & beach shade of palms just across the lawn

one or two parts of hotel looking a little tired now in terms of decor & equipment in rooms but nothing in-terms of reducing the overall stay.
