On arrival, we swapped our room to the King Room with Pool View and this is what we are rating in this review. The room was large and light with a nice patio to relax, only a few steps to the beautiful pool and well maintained gardens. The bed was big and very comfortable, the AC was effective and the WiFi worked well for us. Whilst the shower was open sided and the floor nearby got wet, the water was hot. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the communication before arrival was good. We had dinner the first night which was tasty, but our plan did not include breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet area but the 2 restaurants we visited nearby were both excellent. A Tuk Tuk into Aruthgama was only 500 rupees. The manager arranged a taxi transfer to Galle, with a stop at the Tsunami Museum for a reasonable price.

We were very happy with our King Room as our score shows, but we would not have been so generous with the Apartment Ground Floor that we originally booked. This was in the older building and we felt that the kitchen and bathroom were run down and we were disappointed that the patio was being used to store excess furniture.

We loved the really big, beautiful apartment. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was tasty and really big, restaurant is available for lunch and dinner as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment, hence we never used it - it would be great for long term stay. Owners / staff were helpful and nice, even offered us coffee at midnight when we were leaving to the airport. Induruwa Beach is close - across the road. Apartment is not directly on Bentota beach despite its name, but on Induruwa Beach (nice and more quiet than Bentota Beach, but still few restaurants and local stores in walking distance). I can only recommend this place.

Very nice breakfeast, very welcoming hostess, attentive to our wishes. The chef spoiled us with a very tasty seafood soup, with samosa and more...The location is close to the beach, only to cross the street. The pool is nice, we were resting on the way back from of the ocean. The villa is idyllic and I only recommend some extra hangers in the room!

It was holiday! So many places for visiting but for us don't was enough time, sure next time we see more!

Fantastic accommodation, the room was just superb, it felt very new and high quality material. The hotel has a good sized swimming pool in a lush and luxuriant tropical garden. The owner and staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much to ask. The property is 1 minute walk to the beach which was very convenient. Good and tasty breakfast that we recommend getting. We had a great time as a family.

Great stay. Lovely owners who went above and beyond. They upgraded us for free when we arrived and we had two spacious rooms overlooking the pool. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed the sunbeds and pool towels which were provided. The restaurant food was excellent and the both the western breakfast and srilankan breakfast are highly recommend. We travelled with two children and the staff were very attentive to them and very friendly. They arranged a super tuk tuk guide who took us on a river safari and to nearby restaurants. The beach was right across the road a very easy walk.

The property and location is very good. Also the rooms are very good and unique. Hotel staff is very good, friendly and smiling. The garden also clean and beautiful. Food was very very good. Spotlessly clean, very friendly helpful staff. Pool well maintained, crystal clear. Comfortable beds . Walking distance to Iduruwa train station, frequent buses passing.. Would stay again Small restaurant on site, nice food, we ata there most nights. Would stay again.

In a short five minute walk you can reach the beautiful wide beach of Bentota. When you arrive at the hotel gate, you enter a garden oasis with a nice pool in exactly right size to swim. My room was quiet and I felt very welcome. The owner was always very friendly, helpful and I felt very well taken care of. Lokking forward to coming back to this place.

Staff is courteous. Location is very near the Induruwa beach (Just across the road.. around 100 meters) Food was good at the resort. Not lots of other eating options near by except Lihini Beach Villa which also serves good seafood.

Pool is good but needs more upkeep/ cleaning. Few things in the room were damaged and needs to be replaced. Intercom faciilty needs to be there.

Strongly suggest this charming villa in down South; it's very clean, has a small pool in the backyard, feels cozy & homely overall, and is a quiet, peaceful villa. There are only 11 rooms, thus reservations are required very early and rooms are awesome & fantastic. The proprietor is a very down to earth man, and the service is absolutely perfect and the crew is very good , there is nothing to complain about and waiting to come back.
