I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, and I truly felt like I was at home. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. The environment was calm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality!

There were a couple of small things that could be improved: the geyser was working, but the hot water wasn’t quite hot enough for me. Also, the table fan wasn’t powerful enough for the size of the room. But I managed with these, and they didn’t affect my overall experience much.

Such a lovely host and wife. The host organised a really safe and reliable tuk tuk driver for us at a reduced price. He also helped with bus and train timetables and dropped us at the bus when we left. The breakfasts were delicious and huge - well worth the small extra cost. Such a convenient location. Cheap laundry service. Definitely recommend this place as a really friendly and welcoming homestay style of accommodation.

Originally accidentally booked a tent which whilst comfortable wasn't what we were after, the owner transferred us to a room the following day. The hot water didn't work so we had cool showers but given the climate it wasn't a problem. A little bit noisy at night due to NYE parties nearby but we got used to it and it didn't bother us after the 2nd. Few flies snuck into the room but spray got rid of them and pretty normal for Sri Lanka.

It's location. It is at a walking g distance if 250 meters or so. Old property. Many food joints starts from just outside the property and after the tunnel the main market of Ella start. In the main market there are many Super markets, banks, ATM's, Restaurant's etc. Great location. We feel at home Very nice behavior of the host and his wife. A good wifi. Good for 1 or 2 days stay.

It's a old constructed property. It requires regular maintenance.

This is a great little back packer style place close to the station right in the centre of town. It's run by a charming old gentleman and the price is very reasonable. We would definitely stay again.

This is more like staying with your grandparents than a hotel. The room is a little musty but altogether absolutely fine. The location is terrific and the price is great. It has a pleasant welcoming atmosphere and a nice common area if you want to chat to the other guests.

Everything!! These are the kindest people you will come across.. we stayed 3 nights and it was our best accommodation in our Sri Lanka trip they couldn't do enough for us. On arrival they brought us tea and snacks and offered us free tea and coffee every day. We got our laundry done here at a good price and also purchased breakfast one morning which was lovely. We got lots of tips and recommendations about the local area,, the owner also brought us to the bus stop and stayed with us until we got onto the right bus for our next location! Comfortable beds, warm shower and walking distance to town.. couldn't ask for any more :)

Your near town and the train station so naturally you will hear trains passing and music at night however this didn't bother us and we both slept great!

The owners are super kind, helpful and hospitable. Most people struggle at this point in their journey around Sri Lanka because the train system is difficult to navigate. The gentleman owner is an expert and can help arrange your onward journey. Breakfast is epic! And so much of it... plus, he has his own tea and coffee grown behind the guesthouse.

A little noisy and a some traffic fumes which are to be expected in one of the more congested but central areas of ella. It is very close to the station though so 6 of one...

Absolutely loved this place. As soon as you arrive, the lovely couple who own the property offer you tea and coffee. They are so lovely, warm and welcoming. They make you feel like family. The bedroom is really clean and homely and the fan keeps you nice and cool all night. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the train station and Ella is just beautiful. The lovely owners made us a beautiful breakfast the next day (free of charge), alongside tea, coffee and variety of fruits. They asked us where we were going next and sorted our bus out for us and where to get it from, free of charge. 100% recommend this hotel!

Master took us to the bus station and waited with us.） •Best location(5mins walk to the station and 3mins walk to city center, bus stop is in front of the hotel) •There is local restaurant just across the street.they have best curry in the city and very cheap! Don't go the fancy one.

I know it's out of their control ,but dogs are barking in the midnight. It scared me.

A very sweet little place to stay. The owners are a gorgeous, generous friendly couple who are always smiling and ever so helpful. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. As was the shared guest spaces. The Inn is in a good location, close to everything. This place has a lovely vibe which makes it such a nice place to stay. On our last morning our hosts gave us a free breakfast and it was huge and the banana pancake was sooo good. Our host also carried my heavy pack to show us the shortcut to the station he showed us where to wait for the train on the platform....the warmth and kindness of our hosts was very lovely. This little is place is not fancy, but it is value for money if you are on a budget. Would highly recommend!

An accidentally my phone and my friends sunglasses lose in your place. But you got action to send it me within 3 days. I'm so happy about that. That my friend was tourist. He also happy with your action.
