The location was great. The view from the room was very beautiful.

Lunch set menu was not satisfactory, very limited number of dishes were available in the menu, just as “this is what we have, eat if you like or don’t “ Dinner and Breakfast was great with many varieties.They should consider about the safety of the guests much, the reason I say this is I observed a sharp glass edge on a dining table just outside the main restaurant area, it is very close to the garden where little children are playing. I saw similar type of tables with tapes applied to glass edges also. They should replace them as soon as possible before any serious injury occurs.

I think the best part of the hotel was the room. I really liked how spacious the rooms were. Because most of the time, you wouldn't find the hotel rooms this large. So I loved the size of the room. The second thing I really liked about the room was the balcony and the view. It's got quite large balcony and the view of the mountains. I really loved it. I would sit outside every morning to write my journal and read. I still miss those.

I think the bathroom could have been a little more spacious. It wasn't bad. But in compare to the size of the room, it was little small. Also, my check out experience was not very great. I wish I didn't have to go through that. I had to wait for almost an hour because of some misunderstanding on the billing issue. If I had a flight to catch, I would have missed it. I felt that could have been handled better. Otherwise, property and services wise, no issue at all. Amazing property and great services. I would love to stay there again. Thank You.

We stayed for 1 night passing through on our honeymoon. The staff were amazing, they decorated our room and dinner table. Our room had the most incredible view and the bed was super comfortable. Would happily stay again.

Not really the hotels fault but it was hard to get a Tuk tuk to pick us up so make sure you’ve booked your driver in advance. The porter was great in securing us a last minute pick up!

The property was beautiful! The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pool was amazing also, with one of the most beautiful views you can find from a hotel window. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and made my 2 night stay exceptional. Thanks to all the team there!

Had a pleasant stay at Earls Regent. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and dining options. Overall, a great value for money and would recommend it for both leisure and business travelers

Very friendly and welcoming staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant)… simply everybody is always smiling and makes you feel like home. There is great pool area with seats. Rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean! Value for money is absolutely great!

A little bit further from the city centre, but easy and cheap to get there via Tuk Tuk. There are Pepsi bottles in the minibar, but no opener provided :-D small issue.

I booked this Hotel for my parents who are senior citizens. As per them this was the nest Hotel in the entire Sri Lanka trip. Everything was great here. Be it the service and hospitality, wifi speed, view from the balcony, cleanliness of the room, amenities in the bathroom, everything. Also there spread in the dinner and the breakfast buffet was also huge.

The bathtub was big, the swings in the balcony was really awesome and the breakfast was mind blowing! Be sure to try the string hoppers, was really delicious. There's even a pool table that can keep you entertained at night.

Slight issue that the room were a bit stuffy and the walls were a bit thin. But don't let these stop you from booking this place, it's really worth the money and the comfort. Just turn on some white noise and things will be okay.

Food was excellent and the great customer service made our hearts more attached to the hotel.

We didn't like the portrait of a lady (kandyan attire) in the room wall, infront of the bed. It gave a haunted feeling. Please remove it.
