A well maintained and refurbished hotel considering it was established in early 70's. I think this property has the best view in Aniwaththa Kandy. Friendly staff and I didn't feel there is a shortage of staff which I have experienced on other locations when additional requests been made. My dad was happy with his breakfast which is a plus and a good spread as well.

No valet @ main entrance. Parking is fair bit away down the hill. An elderly cannot avoid stairs. The toilet is compact. shower cubicle/ bath tub can be a death trap if not paying attention to the setup(in & out).

Restaurant is exceptional , lots of varieties and great staff in restaurant on 3rd floor. Nice and clean room's, and great swimming pool. Overall Helpful staff. We stayed 3 night's and it was great, everything is great.

Everything is great but if I mention something that I don't like then these 3 things. Water from the shower is very slow in our room 107, Have to go down from 7 stairs to swimming pool. It booking it says location, city centre, but it was not.

Perfect location - a place where you can see Kandy with an amazing view. Loved the courtesy of the staff with true smiles. Simlply nice breakfast, and overall, a memorable stay.

Charging for water was something odd. Water is complimentary for the first day, and on the following days, you have to pay. The Wi-Fi sucked throughout my whole stay. The club sandwich for dinner was below standard. And, the property requires some renovation, especially inside.

A little difficult to find but well worth the effort. Views are terrific, staff friendly and efficient. Food very good.

Supply of drinks during meal a little disjointed. As european customers we are used to drinking with our meal whereas Sri Lankan customers might not have that culture. Had to think to find something to write in this box.

From the Warm Welcome upon arrival, assistance of Staff with every facet of my stay, a Most Comfortable Room, Restaurant Staff and Fare - All was of the Highest Order...

To suggest a dislike would be an insult to the Hotel ~ the Highest Standards are clearly expected by tha Management and I found nothing less in every respect during my stay...

Nice hotel with great views. Swimming pool was nice when not crowded. Good breakfast.

While junior staff like luggage boy, cleaners and pool guy were friendly, the reception staff were a bit cold. No flexibility when asked for a late checkout (and we had stayed three nights and arrived a 6pm ). It's not central.but no problems using Pick-Me.

This was our second stay, and while the room had some minor snags, the overall experience especially the staff, was once again excellent.

Some poet sockets not working. Had to run shower for a long time to get warm water as pressure in room was low. Toilet flush occasionally stopped working. Nothing significant, and maintenance tackled the flush issue promptly.

The room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic, providing us with a delightful space to unwind and enjoy our time. Our breakfast was exceptionally enjoyable, leaving us thoroughly satisfied with a variety of delicious treats. But perhaps the most remarkable aspect was the stunning view we had from our location, offering us an awe-inspiring panorama that left us in awe of its beauty.

Everything from start to finish. Lovely welcome and nice touch to walk guests to their room. Had a fabulous room on the 4th floor with amazing views. Nice touches with extra pillows and blanket. Plenty of choices for breakfast and again amazing views.

Nothing apart from the fact I wasn't staying longer.

There was no housekeeping cleaning services provided. During the evening we called for fresh towels and clean the dustbin in the room and someone came with towels and took the dustbin but the shoes he was wearing left lot's of mud in the room and made the room more dirty.
