The most beautiful hotel. Located in the hills of Kandy, the clean and spacious room had stunning views of Kandy and surrounding areas. We also used the pool multiple times a day which was the perfect way to cool down on hot days.

We loved being away from the busyness of Kandy however it did mean you had to get a taxi/tuk tuk to the city every time. Transport is super affordable so it wasnt too bad (just be sure to haggle with the tuk tuk drivers as they will try to overcharge you in most places in Sri Lanka)

This villa was a delight. Located in the hills of Kandy with a stunning view and kind and friendly staff with an excellent selection for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were big, clean and had a good view from the balcony. The staf, including Shashika and few others were attentive and caring and made this stay even better. Such value for money, I will be staying here again if I am ever back in Kandy. Just be mindful that this is in the outskirt mountains of kandy around a 15 minute drive into kandy centre.

everything was just perfect. The Room was so clean, comfy bed and just a nice bathroom. the view was stunning! good wi-fi and the sweetest and most professional staff! we absolutely enjoyed our stay here and actually extended our booking with 3 more nights. the pool is very nice as well. highly recommend this place!

Very nice villa with amazing views. The place was clean and well kept. During our stay, there weren't too many guests so we pretty much had place to ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us find the place after we lost the way.

Location of the villa can be a little hard to find. Google maps doesn't have proper directions after a point and we had to contact the hotel to go further and find the place. The road up the hill is also very narrow and broken.

If you can convert the room lights white to warm , It give a better look for rooms

The staff are the reason for such a high score, they truly are wonderful and very accommodating. The room was a good size and the view from the rooms are stunning. My children loved the pool area and the cute addition of the slide and swings. Definately worth stopping at on your journey through sri lanka.

Great hospitality. The owner was in contact with us before our arrival to determine our check-in time. A few mornings at the hotel we had to leave early before breakfast for excursions and staff made us a take away breakfast which was very nice and unexpected. The room was a nice size and comfortable and had a wonderful view of the City.

The road that leads to the hotel eventually turns into a small path. Your taxi driver will likely think they have made a wrong turn as the road gets so narrow. However, the hotel is aware of this and is happy to explain to your driver where to go (keep the hotel number on hand for this reason).

Our family stayed in this villa for few days while exploring Kandy city. We had one triple room what was enough for us ( 2 adults and 2 kids) but if you your family need more day to stay I would recommend then few rooms to feel and have more space. Breakfast was tasty, fresh with variety of drinks (tea, coffee, fresh juice) and fruits. We couldn't finish all. The Kandyan villa is located on the top, definitely you need a car or tuk-tuk to reach it. The view worth it. Was very pleasant and warm welcoming stay there. Even we arrived late evening they helped us to arrange tuk-tuk, found place where we can eat, waited for us there and dropped us back to villa. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Some time in the evening was power cut for an hour. But at 9pm light is on again. Even they are providing quite strong lamp-flash. Another think we had all day tour, so back after 9 and didn't face this issue. Sure this is temporary issue due to political situation. Absolutely recommended

The room was very comfortable. I slept so well first the first time in a week. The pool is very good and the view from the terrace was superb. The staff were very helpful.

The location is a little out but it’s so easy to get to Kandy (14 minutes in an uber), so this is only a very minor dislike.

This hotel was one of the best we stayed in our trip around Sri Lanka. The hotel itself was clean and well equipped to a high quality. The room was large with plenty of space for a family of 4, a warm shower and lots of storage. The pool and play area were a nice touch and we had these to ourselves most of the time. The hotel is set in the hills overlooking Kandy with an amazing view, and only a short drive into the centre. Due to the hilly location some tuk tuk drivers may struggle to find it but we overcame this by downloading the Google maps location for drivers to follow and there wasn't an issue. Finally, I need to mention the staff, they were always so friendly and willing to help, even bringing a lantern during the power cuts.
