The location of Fox Kandy is perfect. It's a 10 min ride from Kandy city (which is very busy and noisy), with the resort perched in a cliff overlooking a valley. Absolutely delightful location with the infinity pool views being spectacular. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. The restaurant is exceptional. They have great dinner buffets where we had the best food we ate in Kandy.

The room balconies could be bigger.

This hotel is far better than in the pictures. While quite a bit outside the city, the landscape is breathtaking. The facilities are all clean, well taken care of. The infinity pool was a highlight, and we'll needed after travelling. The staff was always courteous and friendly, and the dinner and breakfast had plenty of options for a reasonable price. This was the best hotel i stayed in Sri Lanka, and would book again in a heartbeat.

Neighbors were doing a lot of noise at 1am. While the staff did came the first time to ask them to shut up (politely), they didn't come the second time, half an hour after they were still being annoying.

Very nice and newly renovated rooms with modern bathroom! We loved the view from the balcony. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of Western and Sri lankan options. Friendly and very helpful staff!

We felt the price per night too high in comparison to other Hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. You could hear everything from the neighbours, not really soundproofed rooms.

Fox Kandy Resort was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself was extremely well maintained, clean and had everything you could possibly want. The first time you drive up the road it is extremely hair raising but totally worth it for the view once you’re at the hotel. Waking up to that view is something that will be hard to forget. I cannot compliment the Kandy Fox Resort staff enough. They were outstanding! Every thing we could have possibly wanted they were there to provide, with a smile on their face and a kind word. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Most importantly, they arranged a private driver for us to take us everywhere we wanted to go. We ended up keeping him for our whole trip. He drove us around most of Sri Lanka and stayed over night in places we were staying so that he was available to us whenever we wanted him. If you need a private driver I would highly recommend Thushara (mobile/cell is +94 (71) 725 8952) - he is extremely knowledgeable and saved us a lot of time and money whilst facilitating all our adventures. I can not recommend him highly enough. Thanks Fox Resorts for a wonderful holiday.

Cozy and quiet resort. Very comfortable rooms, super nice view over Kandy. I loved swimming in the pool. However, people make this place truly special. Lovely staff that went above and beyond, taking very well care of me. Thank you so much!

Not every driver is willing to climb up the hill from downtown to the resort. But the staff always helped organize a pick up.

Beautiful scenery, neat and pleasant space, friendly and fast service, Delicate consideration and warmth for all guests, Also, we were given a very low price for the guests' drivers, so we had no problem with our daily travel schedule, and we were once again impressed by this consideration. The trough that gave us a smile with delicate towel art when we came back from a tired day In the morning and evening, we greeted Lahiru with delicate consideration and laughter and served the food I'm sorry, I couldn't memorize everyone's names, but thank you very much for warmly welcoming and taking care of us If I visit Candy again, I will definitely come here. Of course, it will also be a pleasure to recommend this place.

There's nothing to complain about this place.

The hotel and loction was amazing. The rooms were larger than expected and super clean. The team there were polite and very acknowledgable on the areas around the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble.

The only downside is transport down and then back up from Kandy. The hotel can organise this for you but once you have someone keep them!!

Everything about Fox Kandy was amazing from the views and the pool to the delicious food at the restaurant. Loved every minute of our stay!

If it is possible I will give it a rating of more than 10. The staff was outstanding. very helpful and always smiling. Great value for money. Food was very nice. Room sizes were excellent and service was top class. I will visit Kandy again just to stay at this resort.

If you are a city dweller be ready to have some natural pests like lizards and centipedes in your room. The staff is prompt in removing them. The breakfast spread does not change much every day.
