Manager and his family are super friendly, breakfast was great, very safe (we left our pram outside reception for 11 days) we exchanged currency at the hotel and they arranged for our taxi to and from the airport which included a baby car seat.

Had to change rooms as we had paid for a balcony but instead got a sweltering conservatory, we had 4 power cuts whilst we were there, we had to ask for the complimentary toiletries, it is also not pram/baby friendly as we had to carry baby up 4 flights of stairs and the grounds around hotel are uneven. Could have done with bedside tables as well.

Our friends recommended this hotel to us. Excellent value for money. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. Within walking distance there is a supermarket, liquor store and many restaurants for every taste. But in the evenings you need to be careful: dim the lights and do not keep the doors open, as cockroaches can crawl in. There are a lot of creatures in Sri Lanka, and you need to remain vigilant. The water was hot all the time, the air conditioner worked, the bed linen was clean. The owner of the hotel is very nice and responsive. We were satisfied. Thank you!

The location was the best, near to the beach and the supermarket (which was the best in Mirissa i guess). staff was wonderful... always nearby to ask something. Room cleaning almost every day (they might ask if you need or you can ask them to clean, change the sheets etc...). I enjoyed the stay a lot. Don't think twice, book it now! Best host and hotel I visited in Sri Lanka so far!

The kitchen was not comfortable to cook some food. But for me it wasn't a big issue considering all the good points!

Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops but on a quiet street. Beautiful big terrace with sunset views. Good AC and fans and a big bathroom. Fridge an added bonus! Plenty of storage/placed to hang clothes etc. Top tip - taxis from the cafe at the turn in to the hotel are very cheap!

All good! Would be nice to have something to wipe the bathroom floor after showering but this wasn't a major issue.

Clean, no insect, big basin, provide mineral water as requested, staff especially Kamir is really kind! Also near beach!🏖️

Next to a bar with live singing 🎵 & music 🎵 When there is event ongoing, folks who are light sleeper will have problem. Not an issue for me. Shower water pressure quite low.

The hotel is very close to the beach, which was amazing. It’s also close to nice restaurants. The room itself is cozy. The personell was super friendly - shout out to Darshan for being a very kind soul ;) Breakfast was good. Tip: definitely use the mosquito net as you will find lots of them in this area.

Conditioning is great, room on third floor was without insects, pretty large. Everything worked, fridge was present, as well as chairs, wardrobe etc. location is close to the beach, good restaurants nearby. Friendly personnel, room cleaning on demand.

Nice, spacious rooms that were clean and had all needed amenities. Nicely located with quiet enough surroundings for the area. Short walk to beach, but also to main road. Check all the all you can eat buffet across from the entrance, was superb!

All was OK for this price considering Mirissa’s price/quality ratio (it’s not so good!)

The location is lovely so near the center and near to beach front! The room is very tropical, clean and well maintained. Bed is very comfortable and spacious! The staff is just one message away and very nice! will definitely come back here.
