Location was 5 min walk from Mirissa beach & main street with restaurants/ shops. Room was very large & had balcony. We really enjoyed having a balcony as you could see so many animals passing by the hotel: squirls, monkeys, peackok, beautiful birds. Bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. Bathroom looks newly renovated. Room has everything you need: clothes rack, hairdryer, fridge, coffee/ tea, water, toiletries, towels. They also provide swimming pool towels upon request (in case they forget to leave you some in the room). In the room we had a very good aircon and a ceiling fan. Airco looked new and was very well positioned so it does now blow in your face. Staff is very kind. They were doing very good job on cleaning the rooms, you just had to leave your key at the reception so they can clean. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, it is very big, cleaned regularly, had even a bubble system (like jacuzzi). There were plenty of seats around the pool (some in direct sun, some in the shadow under the trees). Around the swimming pool area there were pretty flowers, plants and daily you could see 4 husky puppies with their mom and dad. The puppies were very cute running around and playing in the garden. The owner also organized for us whale whatching tour. Although we did not see whales (just spinning dolphins), we were happy with the service provided (transport to boat and food on board was very good). We used their laundry service and we were happy with the wash (although a bit pricey). They have a nice restaurant menu (with good prices). We only tried their drinks (loved the banana lassi).

There are some improvements they could do: find better ways to keep breakfast warm (food was cold), increase variety of breakfast (we stayed 8nights and had same thing every day: pancake, egg, coconut cake and fruits). At check in it should be communicated that if you need cleaning you should leave the key at the reception. On room cleaning some consistency would be needed: initially we had in the room 2 big towels, 2 small towels, 1 floor towel, during our stay cleaning team took the small towels (both) and once they took the floor towel (which I requested to bring back as the floor becomes very wet in the bathroom). When we asked for swimmingpool towels they told us there should have been in the room and were suprised we did not have any.

We stayed here for 2 nights, with a family of 2 adults and one kid. For the money we paid, room was well worth it. Room met all our expectations. It had one double bed and a single bed. Beds were clean, bathroom as well. Good balcony to sit out. Hotel was in ideal location, it was just 5mins from Merissa beach and just 12mins walk from city. Food was average I would say, though we ordered from here couple of times, downside is there is not room service. As we stayed at 2nd floor, we had to come down to place order then come down after 20-30mins and take your food upstairs. One staff did help me with carrying food as well as for luggage's they help carry it. All staff is good.

The pool was very clean and nice, well maintained. I spent the night there and it was peaceful and quiet as there was no one there. The breakfast buffet (included) offered both local and western food; the papaya juice was delicious, all the food was good, there was plenty of fruit, they even offer freshly cooked omelets upon request. The room in the main hotel was very stylish and clean and spacious. We wanted to extend our stay, but the room was not available for the next day. The property is in a great location for the main beach road and restaurants. The breakfast was also very nice. The room was nice and comfortable. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. We loved the hotel so much .Many thanks to all the staff there! Our experience in Mirissa was wonderful!

We really liked our room and the hotel in general. Everything was clean and it looked very aesthetically! The pool was nice and had a perfect temperature. The staff was always there and very conscious. Would definitely come back when in Mirissa!! Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, really close to the beach, with the sounds of nature, birds, peacocks... The swimming pool and the chill out area are perfect. The breakfast is delicious, served in a beautiful room by smiling staff. The rooms and terrace are perfect. All the staff are very friendly and smiling, it was a real relaxing time in this hotel. The Wi-Fi is 100% excellent. I will definitely come back

The location is great and offers a more private experience than what you will get at mirissa Beach. I would highly recommend a stay for anyone looking for that type of experience. The staff is great, and the included breakfast was very good and convenient. Also, close (walk able) to Coconut Tree Hill, secret beach and parrot island as well if you are planning on taking pictures there. Very close to restaurants and shops and mirissa beach if you want to experience that as well.

Great location, only a few hundred metres to town and same to the beach. Room was big, spacious and clean with a nice balcony. There was a table and chairs inside and outside, a wardrobe in the room and a drying rack for your clothes and bathers. Bathroom was nice and clean but shower not separated so everything got a little bit wet, not a major problem though. Nice pool to relax in as well.

Not many pool beds and a few of them broken. The breakfast was OK but we went in with pretty low expectations from the other reviews. The breakfast is definitely not amazing, and only a little bit of variety, but they are certainly trying.

Clean and modern rooms with nice pool. Mosquito net, fan and aircon. Welcome fruit smoothie on arrival. Location on a quiet lane away from the busy main road but still close to the beach and bars / restaurants. Breakfast was ok - buffet style with fruit, pancakes, cake and some local options. Mini bar in room fridge.

Staff weren’t as friendly and chatty as all the other places we’ve stayed. Had to ask for Wi-Fi password. No tariff for mini bar - charged at end of stay.

Friendly staff greeted us to help with bags and offer welcome juice, straight to room (even though a little early) which was very roomy and comfortable with a balcony overlooking pool. Restaurant served breakfast (included in room price) and lunch/dinner prices reasonable for delicious choices, served we by happy helpful, guys. Laundry service available. Easy walking distance from beach and shops/bars/restaurants, spoilt for choice. Organized a whale watching tour for us at good price. Highly recommend Wavelength, good work guys !

Room & Breakfast Excellent. We had a very fun stay at The Wavelength Mirissa. The staff was constantly motivated to support us and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the fruity buffet breakfast. The room was excellent spacious, airy, and efficiently clean with a strong air conditioning system and high-speed internet connection. Everything in this resort was amazing. I highly recommend staying here; It is easily close to the beach without any disruptive beach noise. The pool is wonderful too.

We loved this hotel!! The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast was a really nice buffet, the pool is brilliant and it is walking distance to Mirissa Beach and Secret Beach as well as all the restaurants and bars. Our room was perfect, super comfortable bed, great facilities and a beautiful view of the pool. This was one of our favorited places to stay in Sri Lanka and would highly recommend it! Great location, close to the beach. Big room, good Wi Fi.
