I had an amazing stay at Hostel First Mirissa. The property is just a short walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sun and surf. The weather was less favorable due to the off-season, and many places were closed. However, the empty beach and the few fellow travelers at the hostel made for a unique and enjoyable experience.

Great for Long Stays: This hostel is perfect for long stays. I was there during the off-season and still met many fellow backpackers, which made the experience even better. Free Kitchen Use: There was a kitchen available for free use, which was a huge support for me. After many months on the road, I missed my own food, and being able to cook my meals was a wonderful bonus. Hostel First Mirissa is a wonderful place to stay, whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay. I genuinely have no complaints about Hostel Mirissa. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and everything surpassed my expectations. It's a fantastic place to stay!

The property was clean, easy to find and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally nice, provided us with valuable tipps and even planned our whole two days in Mirissa! He gave us contacts to affordable drivers and we are happy to stay in contact with him for our next journey.

Hostel 1st is one of the best hostel I've been, and as a backpacker I have been in few. You will feel home. The manager manjo (sorry if I write it wrong😅) created all of this by his hands, it is a cosy place, between the main road and the beach, you have a lovely little walk of 3minuts to get to the beach. There is few activities to do, they do have a massage spa too that are amazing. You will be far from the busy tourist and be just quiet with nice and loevly people. I will come back for sure, I loved my time there, I didnt want to go. Please, for your own good, go there 😁😁

Great place to stay in Mirissa. The staff was amazing and rooms was good. Nice to have a kitchen, where we could make some food our self. The Hostes is close to the beach. Wr can fully recomend this place 👍😃.

This place is great value for money and is in a great location in Mirissa. We took a private room which was spacious and air conditioned. It is very close to the beach as well as the Main Street, but is private and quiet. Would recommend if you are on a budget and looking for a clean and friendly place to stay.

I was sick, had a high temperature and when the staff heard about it, one of them took me to the pharmacy to buy medicine. They took care of me, suggesting everything possible to help me feel better. Thanks for the attention and help

Little dirty around

Great location and staff was there always willing to help, I arrived late at night and they waited for me to check in, many restaurants around and the beach is a 5 minutes walk, thanks!

I did loved that place! I stayed in a female dorm and first night I was alone in my room, then 2 great neighbours arrived. The room looks good, it'd tidy and nice. And I really like the owners of the hostel: they are great people with beautiful souls!

I'd like the kitchen to be cleaner :)

The best place to chill with good vibes around, the owners are with great personalities. Enjoyed my stay very much, they offered the kitchen to cook as the tea or coffee ☕ is free of charge, nice and clean, enough space to chill around. Definitely a great experience in my travel.
