Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The place has been newly renovated under new management, and it truly shows. Everything is fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfect—just 30 meters from the beach, right across the road! It was so convenient to take a quick stroll and enjoy the ocean. The pool was excellent, clean, and a great spot to relax. The garden area is beautifully landscaped, with a well-kept lawn and lush greenery that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. 🌴🏖️

The entire facility is clean and well kept. The room was comfortable and nice. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The manager was checking with me anytime he saw me. The on-site restaurant serves very good food and is one of the few places that actually has pork dishes! The owner is so nice! Overall, it was one of the best stays I had in Sri Lanka.

The wifi is weak if you are in one of the rooms at the rear of the property. I had one, but they moved me to the same type room just 15 meters nearer, and it's fine.

The apartment was huge, spacious and clean. The shower was excellent also. The pool was well maintained and was perfect to relax for the last couple of days of our trip, a short 20 minute pickme to the airport. We also had a late flight, and they let us have the room until 6pm free of charge! It was great to not have to worry about our baggage and use the pool whilst able to shower afterwards before leaving. It’s in a great location to access Negombo beach with loads of restaurants, shops and bars a short walk away. Highly recommend for anyone starting off/finishing their Sri Lanka travel.

Lovely new apartments. We weren’t sure having read some other reviews, but it was great and we think most of the poor reviews were before the renovations. Nice and quiet and a big lovely pool. Some good restaurants near by. Also shops near by for shopping. I would recommend staying here. We used it for our last two nights of our holiday as it was near the airport. Staff were great and sorted us a taxi out.

Beach didn’t seem that great. But the pool was and it’s nothing to do with the accommodation.

Great, clean and aesthetically beautiful accommodation with super friendly and service-oriented staff and on top of that a manager, Mr. Tharanga Suraweera, who not only reopened the pool for our kids despite our very late arrival, but also stepped in at very short notice to take us to the airport when we had problems with Uber. Definitely a five-star hotel!

The hotel in a great location the rooms and the grounds are acceptionally tide and the pool is fabulous I didn't try the Restaurant but it looked busy so a good sign Value for money is amazing, I will be back in April 2026

The restaurant was great, the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed was a very good size and the staff was amazing. The property is in a good location, close to the beach but on the north of the strip. Our apartment was far enough back that there was no street noise.

We were lucky enough to get a bungalow. It was very clean, good AC and friendly staff. Pool area was clean and not too busy.

The only down side is that the hotel is on a busy road, but that doesn't take away from how lovely it is inside.

- the rooms are not new, but for the price it was great value for money - the onsite restaurant was average (for dinner) - everything else was fabulous!

Could have done with drinks being available direct from the property all day but you didn’t have to go far to find this and good fridge in room to keep drinks cool
