Perfect place to stop for the night after a late flight into Sri Lanka. The restaurant made us food after 10pm which was very helpful. We only stayed a short while in the morning but had breakfast which was very tasty and had a walk along the beach and swim in the pool. Staff were all very nice.

The room was fairly basic, but for the price paid we were more than happy. Water should be included in the room and not chargeable. The beach is full of plastic, not the hotels fault at all, but a shame to see. Lack of bins to put rubbish in. The sunbeds on the sand had local sellers walking up and down calling to you to buy things which I didn't like.

Location, room, service - Fabulous. Perfect ending to our 2-week vacation to Sri Lanka. It was also nice that there were several other Jet wing locations nearby and we could eat at those restaurants. We utilized the hotel provided van service to the airport. It was nice to see a real van with plenty of seating and luggage capacity show up.

The Uber drivers were not allowed to come to the hotel. I had to meet them on the road. The hotel seemed to have their preferred taxi service and these drivers wanted to sell their service to us and did not look happy to see us getting into the Uber service.

I had the pleasure of staying at Jetwing Hotel yesterday, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with the warmest hospitality and genuine smiles from the staff. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made me feel at home. The food was absolutely outstanding, every dish was prepared to perfection with rich flavors that exceeded expectations. The ambience of the hotel was equally remarkable, blending comfort, elegance, and a relaxing atmosphere that created the perfect escape. While Jetwing is a 5-star hotel, the experience I had felt more like 7 stars. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay unforgettable. I can confidently say this is one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had, and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy world-class service with a Sri Lankan touch of warmth. 🌸✨

Breakfast was delicious and very nicely laid out. Afternoon snack on the beach was very "healthy".... dinner at the Coral Restaurant whilst it lacked atmosphere we were the only guests at 9pm the food was outstanding and we loved the little in between courses, like Iced Tea Sorbet to clean the palette. Great location and the bedrooms were outstanding. Super comfortable beds, the bathroom, was luxurious and loved the nice touches like mineral salts for the bath and thick body lotion great for after tanning by the pool. The pool, the beach, the sunsets were all fantastic and fun watching a man climb the coconut trees.......

My only tiny niggle was the air conditioning rattled all night in room 308, so might need a little bit of tweaking, and a british plug socket super useful but one both sides of the bed helpful........ Street sellers with their wares got a little much by the dinning/drinks area

Great pool, facilities, friendly, helpful staff. Separate pool in shade which is ideal in burning sun at times.

Staff were friendly and helpful, yet at time service in restaurant was slow, breakfast time drinks are poured for you but found on multiple times had to wait for refill. My preference would be to leave coffee or tea pot on table and be less formal. Also on evening meal one meal was forgotten, when pointed out they tried to cover this up saying it takes longer to cook burger but later admitted it was forgotten. I appreciate it was genuine mistake but would have expected a hotel of this calibre to be more honest, apologise. This was only a small blip on an otherwise great hotel.

It would be more convenient to the customers if you can arrange free shuttle to airport.

Jetwing Hotels are always a pleasure to stay at. I like the zero plastic and attempts to be eco-friendly, though at Jetwing Beach the airconditioning doesn't knock off when the key tag is removed. I was told that that is because of the condensation and dampness that can occur if there is no AC. The hotel is turning to solar to meet all its electricity needs so that will resolve this anomaly. Disability access is also good except that the lift only goes from the reception to the rooms and not to the restaurant and the beach. Was checking that out for my sister who should be able to manage because the steps to the restaurant have a railing on both the left and the right, but it would be completely inaccessible for someone in a wheelchair. Loved the breakfast buffet - its only at a hotel buffet that you can have dosa and sambar with eggs ad bacon!!! and the little touches of welcome biscuits and goodnight chocolates are nice too....stayed only one night, but it was a good experience. Fully recommend to anyone...

As said above full disability access. Oh and the light switches and plug points were not very intuitively placed....

Housekeeping staff were excellent. Attentive and always keen to help with anything. Beach staff were also very helpful. Generally all staff were friendly and sincere. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Location was good - beach life was interesting but not too busy. Loved the big pool.

Wasn’t crazy about all the crows around the pool. We had quite a few mosquitoes in our room. Hard to avoid just annoying at night. Probably a good idea to wipe the dead mosquito marks off the walls.

The location is like paradise. The perfect final resting place before departing Sri Lanka. Accommodating and friendly staff. Beautiful scenery. Multiple swimming pools and right on the beach for another swimming option. Lovely views from very comfortable air conditioned rooms. Multiple dining options with good food, but also great location for eating close by. Our family loved the pickleball across the road. We enjoyed the open air design with sea breezes, and sustainability features.

Beautiful hotel and our room was amazing - big, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Great location.

There is no where to sit comfortably in the sun from 4pm, which is when the sun is at its most pleasant temperature. All the sun loungers are shaded by palm trees and anywhere that is in the sun doesn’t have anything to sit on. This was our last day of our 2 week holiday and we booked this hotel specifically so we could enjoy one last beach day in the sun and was really disappointed when all the loungers were in the shade and being packed away by 4pm. Some beanbags on the grass or at the front of the bar which were in sunlight would have made all the difference. The service was ok - not bad but pretty averages compared to most of The hotels we stayed in.
