Lovely room, helpful management and staff. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Sharmen was very helpful and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Which it was. It was very good value for money despite some minor things mentioned below.

We stayed for 7 nights. Did not fully meet Booking.com description of facilities. I.e there was no safety deposit box, had to request a fridge which was delivered the following day but was not a mini bar. Tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless asked for, this was also the same for towels and room cleaning. However the response was good.

Great hotel only metres from the beach in Negombo. Room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent AC unit to keep me cool. Breakfast was delicious, and cooked to order. Great value for money. V highly recommended.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in my room. The power is turned on using a key fob, I suspect so that guests don't leave the AC running all the time when they're out. I needed to charge several items ahead of my flight back to the UK, and could only do this when I was in my room.

Its right adjacent to one of the main tourist roads with lots of restaurants. Some people might like this.

Second time at this lovely hotel that should have more stars based on the excellent quality. Very peaceful even though it’s right located in the middle of all Negombo’s goodness. Large rooms, all facilities working and extremely clean. Very nice staff.

Breakfast not taken so cant comment. Property was clean and very nice. Owner very helpful in accomodating our cycles. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Short walk to local restaurants and beach.

Alley access unlit at night but outside owners control.

Very nice place and so close to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Aircon works well. The breakfast was very nice and at a reasonable price.The lady managing the place is super helpful and friendly!

The rooms were big and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and the garden is beautiful.

We requested an early breakfast which the hostess was not too happy about. But furthermore a great stay.

We absolutely loved the room and the ambiance. We made the reservation here coz we had a wedding to attend at Jetwing Blue. It was a very convenient short walk to the place. Amenities were great, it was a peaceful stay.

The location was perfect, Shamaine was very helpful and accommodating, the bed sheets are fresh and clean

Would be better if there will be a luggage rack and little lighting (white) in the room.

The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants and bars yet on a quiet street away from noise. Bedroom was really big and the bed was massive :) Everything was spotlessly clean. Would definetly stay here again. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot. I
