- room was a large size, we got the one right by the pool which also had a picnic table which was lovely to have breakfast at - AC in the room - breakfast was great, tea/coffee with fried eggs and toast - water dispenser - staff were super friendly and attentive - location was a few minutes from the strip of bars, restaurants and the beach (atm on the strip, a big super market was hard to find). 1 minute from tuktuk wine and dine restaurant.

The people who run it are lovely. We had lunch and breakfast there every day and the lunch especially was some of the best food we had whilst in Sri Lanka. The pool was really nice as well and much bigger than most. Amazing value for money

The only bad thing was that the hot tub wasn't available but it was being filled up again as we left so chances are it would be usable now.

Really friendly staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Tasty and big breakfast available from 8-11 so don't feel rushed. Comfortable beds in a big room with hot water shower. Great size pool - clean and not heavily chlorinated. Solid WiFi. Secure location down an alleyway off the main road, but just a couple of mins walk from the beach and restaurants.

We really enjoyed for several reasons. The hotel is really pleasent with a big and beautiful swimming pool. The room was big and the beds confortable. The continental breakfast was perfect. We really appreciated the team of the hotel. Evrybody was very kind and helpful, always smiling, and in a very good mood. They helped us for any of our needs. We really recommand this place.

Small family hotel, rooms were clean and the pool was excellent. The staff were just perfect. A short distance to the main area where there are lots of lovely restaurants and shops.

Leaving! Be careful if it rains as the side road gets flooded. (Not the hotel's fault!).

really good location, close to the beach and the main road, but quiet and distanced enough. nice cooling by the pool, however a water is chloritaned a lot ;) the personel is really helpful and nice. helped us with aranging an ayurvedan massage and other things. don’t expect luxury, however confition of a toom was decent.

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. The location was ideal as it was just off the main street and felt relaxing.

It's worth for price and also relaxed ambiance..

Requested for king sized bed but got two single bed attached. No space in room bcz of 03 beds inside room. Pool was not maintained properly.
