We had a lovely stay! The location is great, just about half an hour from the airport. The people were incredibly kind and helpful; they really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the place is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and small shops, which made everything super convenient.

On the downside, the room was a bit dirty and there were quite a few bugs, which was unfortunate. Overall, though, the friendliness of the staff and the great location made up for the drawbacks.

Good bed and smooth clean sheets. Two showers (one Warm) next to eachother so combined good water pressure. Big room. Fine working Airco. Multiple light options. Muskito nets. Fresh juices and food available during auite some parts of the day. Easy distance to walk to the nice beach and beach bars. Little shampoo/showergel included. Clean. (I slept in two different rooms, one with one bed and one bigger with a queen bed. )

Only saw two sun chairs and they were mostly taken. Not a chair but only a wooden bench on the ‘balcony’ outside the room. The pool size is not super big (but fresh and kept clean). Some tiny ants on the beds. But yeah.. its a nature villa ;). Just for your info: The near little path, that can take you from the accomodation over the canal to the bigger street /beach is quite dark. (There might be lots of other routes though). It did not feel unsafe for me. So i did not mind much but if you travel solo like me it’s good to take a flashlight with you for that. ( i loved seeing fireflies there around the corner of the villa.) 😍

A lovely tastefully decorated, quiet and peaceful property tucked down a quiet lane but a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful garden areas and sitting spots. Helpful and lovely staff. Very clean. Lovely refreshing pool. Jug in the room with tea and coffee. Fabulous breakfast. Great shower with hot water and good pressure. Mozzie net. We paid extra for a late checkout as our flight was after midnight and it meant we could use our room and facilities until 8pm - much appreciated. They booked us a taxi to airport. We would stay again. Recommend Boho restaurant on main st.

Rooms are small, dark and dingy basic concrete bunkers. No bright light making it impossible for reading in the room. No bedside tables or reading lights. A fridge would be good. Only a sheet provided, no blanket, meaning we were a bit cold overnight. Pool was cloudy on arrival, so we didn't use, but was clear and clean on 2nd day. Lagoon tour was overpriced - we booked same tour in town for 20USD less

This was our first stop once we arrived in Sri Lanka and it was a lovely peaceful stay. We were warmly welcomed after our long journey with a refreshing juice by the host. Our room was clean and spacious and it also had air conditioning. It is a great location, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The host kindly organised our taxi to our next destination as well. Given its proximity to the airport we highly recommend staying here just as you arrive or before flying home.

The location was great, it’s a couple of kilometres to walk the centre, but there are some nice places to eat within 5 minutes. The room was basic but clean, the pool was nice to cool off in, breakfast was fruit, eggs, toast and some coconut pancakes. For us English folk, the tea was not great. But you can buy milk in the mini mart. So I would…

We stayed in the double room No9, there is no balcony, more of a narrow walk way to the next room. It’s quite noisy, I’d recommend ear plugs.

The staff were amazing. We didn’t arrive until midnight after a 25 hour trip. Praudeep was there to greet us with a very welcoming cold fruit drink and show us to our room. The shower and room were perfect, clean and basic but with all the necessities. The pool is clean, refreshing and clear. Breakfast beside the pool the next morning was fresh and delicious. Shashi, the manager/owner could not have been more helpful. We left our large cases at the Villa and he arranged for a taxi to take us to Colombo. On our return two days later, although it was late, Praudeep again met us with a cold drink and made us a club sandwich. Leaving the Nature Villa was like leaving family. Shashi, who also doubles as a taxi driver during the day, and his delightful and well spoken 9 year old son, Viyan, drove us to our next destination. It was quite an adventure as I wanted to pick up a certain item from a supermarket. We visited three supermarkets before I found what I wanted. Shashi and Viyan accompanied me to make my task that much easier. We will miss all the staff but look forward to seeing Viyan playing tennis in the Australian Open in 10 years or so.

There is nothing not to like.

Good location near the canal and railway line, access to Lewis place via footbridge over the canal. Rooms are a good size, Aircon, kettle, fan. Wall finish is polished concrete which may not be to everyone's taste but we quite liked it. Gardens are nice and peaceful. Breakfast was more than enough. Pool was nice and open late. Drinks and food available from bar. Staff were really helpful and able to arrange taxi/airport transfers. Negombo seems to be a bit of a transit location so most people only seem to stay for one or two nights. All in all a nice place to stay.

Location is ok but when negotiating tuk tuk/taxi rides from negombo city will be cheaper to the footbridge across the canal. Otherwise good.

this is my second time to the nature villa and Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff my favorite is Mr. Shashika ( owner ) he is very kind person and well tour organizer. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of cabanas .Everything about the cabanas was exceptional. It was clean, stylish,natural ,roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped,comfortable and cool . I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.swimming pool is my favorite thing from nature villa because it’s looks like a natural pool 🏊‍♀️
