We only stayed one short night after landing in Negombo late at night. We arrived at 2 at night, the staff was helpful and understanding, we immediately got keys to our room and could go to sleep. Next day they organised for us a taxi for 6 people in best price. The place has a nice patio with a swimming pool, it is a short walk from the beach. The room was ok. After check out time we could safely store our luggage at the reception and enjoy the beach before continuing our journey in the evening. They were helpful with rebooking after I messed-up even when the offer was marked as non-rebookable

The closest part of the beach is a bit dirty, lots of rubbish, but 5-10 min walk to the right is the best part of Negombo beach

Restaurant was amazing. The food was so tasty and nicely offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Both hot & cold water was available. Plenty of outside restaurants as well. The surrounding was calm and quiet. Beach was just 15m away and local fishermen were amazing. Overall the stay was really good. Value for money!

The room was bit old with clicking sound in the floor tiles. There was no coffee or tea pot neither tea bags & nescafe sachets. It would be nice if there were shampoo in the bathroom as well.

Dexter, Anne and the staff were lovely people, always asking if everything is alright. I’ve got the room I like, high floor with view of trees. Dexter and Anne can also organise trips. The hotel is near to the beach, Princess Rd and within walking distance to tourist spots. Across from the hotel, there’s a nice shop “The Shop”. It has very nice apparels in viole cotton and linen.

We liked everything. We got ground floor room and we asked for upstairs room and they gave us upstairs room right away. We got clean room with air conditioning, clean linens, clean towels, satellite tv and our own private balcony. Bathroom also was nice and clean.

We would appreciate if we had a electric kettle for making tea.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Sheshin and Indika were wonderful. Good working shower. Clean rooms lovely linen and towels. Tea and coffee at hand in large comfortable seating area. Food here is outstanding and well priced. Beach 1 minute walk from hotel.

Bathrooms need to be maintained in a clean way. and shower is not good it mean there were no enough water coming from the shower.

nice location, beach front , eve was closed to property , bars, night clubs , restaurants ect…

Pool was nice and you can order food and drinks to the pool from hotels restaurant. Location was good, there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.

Bathroom wasn't that clean.
