Excellent facilities and a lovely setting. There were several different options and a very tasty breakfast. Cozy and conveniently close to the ocean. It's close to the center and has many excellent places to eat in walking distance. Considering its proximity to the Negambo Beach, the location of the hotel-apartment was fairly great. Not only is it conveniently located, but the staff members are also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this place!

Beautiful location and excellent facilities. Staff were super supportive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast had very delicious and loads varieties. Comfortable, well located on the beach. Room was spacious and sea view balcony. We loved the pool and bar with wonderful view. The great value for the money. Not too far away from the centre and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Airport.

The rooftop swimming pool is superb. I think it is largest and highest rooftop pool in Negombo. Staff has given excellent customer service.

This is my second time booking this place, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The service here is truly impressive — the staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. One of my favorite parts is the stunning sea view from the property; it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast served on the rooftop is exceptional, with a variety of delicious options and a beautiful setting that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Negombo — it’s definitely worth it for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Honestly, there’s nothing I can say I didn’t like about this place. Everything met or exceeded my expectations — from the service, the cleanliness, to the amazing views and the rooftop breakfast. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was perfect, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. the swimming pool with the sunset is amazing, fitness center simple but good to work on what you have to do, thank you so much to the manager Mr.Charles, make us really easy life to arrange our breakfast before 7h or to use the fitness before 6 h oclock, the room is big and comfortable , we want to say thank you to Roshan and Nipuni for them kindness and reactivity. we have a dinner time at the restaurant on the top floor,360° sky view,and nice design, the chef has a big experience and good taste the waiter was really sunshine and funny.

There was no buffet breakfast for the period we stayed there. This came as a surprise and disappointment as the Booking.com site mentioned "Good buffet Breakfast" English breakfast was available. Sri Lankan breakfast on request only but limited to your request.

The non availability of buffet breakfast as mentioned above. Due to poor room occupancy. Airport free shuttle service was requested and confirmed by the hotel after many emails via booking.com, but the service was not available on arrival at the airport. we had to pay for our own transport from airport to hotel. The hotel has no website or phone number to contact.

Huge rooms with new furniture, very good bed, balcony with nice ocean view. Swimming pool on roof top with great view. I liked the food in the hotel restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere.

As it is a new hotel there is still working noise. Therefore price is reduced. There is loud music from a near night club. Some things are still missing like shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, soap holder in the shower, chairs on the balcony, a big mirror. Arriving in the night, we could not get the Wlan password. But they sent it next day. We needed to print out our arrival cards and boarding passes but printer did not work.
