The hotel is in a very beautiful serene environment. Customer service top notch. The Tariju made the best breakfast for us. From security to the service men, everyone was excellent. Above the general manager went out of his way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We arrived early in the morning and they reserved breakfast for us.

The hotel is well situated, with plenty of shops nearby. The staff is amazing and welcomed us warmly. They helped us with our luggage needs and made sure we were always comfortable. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a balcony, air conditioning, and more. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The toilet needs an upgrade. It’s not broken, but it doesn’t feel secure and shifts when we sit or stand up. Other than that, everything was great!

Central location, amazing friendly helpful staff. Especially Prebatt, room staff and breakfast staff. Make sure you ask what they can offer at breakfast. Good facilities including pool. Spacious rooms.

Would be better to provide mosquito nets.

It was good place but the rain water made a puddle on the entrance. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Need a very little improvement in fixing the tiles at the edge of the pool. TV channels didn't word, they need to pay the subscription. I will recommend this. I may visit again.

The room top window glass is plain and see through. No way of covering it. It is a serious privacy issue. Should be fixed ASAP

Very Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Child friendly. Convenient location and easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Rates on Fruit juices and water could be more reasonable. (Watermelon juice was Rs. 1490/- and a bottle of 500ml of water was Rs. 400/-

Think the mattress may need to be updated as I left covered with some very suspicious bed bug looking bites all over my body......

Very friendly welcome from staff and they let us check in super early. Large rooms. Pool is nice and clean. Great location just off the main street with plenty of restaurants and bars, also close to the beach. Nice shower in the bathroom.

The room was fantastic. They gave me a free upgrade too. The food and service is excellent. i can recommend this hotel to all foreigners and locals. Price is also worth.

They have a kitchen in the room and they have big tv. The room setting is very fabulous.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. Slight leak from fridge, but was cleaned immediately. Lock on door broke during our stay and staff installed a snib lock on the door very quickly.
