This was a beautiful little hotel, very nice and clean. Warm welcome by the staff and very helpful when you asked for anything.

The open plan of the bathroom which was a beautiful feature however bought lots of mosquitoes into the bathroom and there's was lots of mosquitoes in our room also. The hotel staff were unable to provide us with any mosquitoes spray or nets or anything. Both my wife and son got so many mosquito bites within one night stay.

The reception staff were attentive & happy to carry luggage & be informative. The bedrooms are a good size especially for 3 sharing. The pool is great and separate towels are supplied. Has the potential to be a great boutique hotel.

When we arrived everywhere needed a good sweep; stairs & pool area plus ash tray left full. The rooms were acceptable in terms of cleanliness but felt like they weren’t thorough enough ( previous client’s sweet wrapper left aside bedside table & bathroom bin didn’t fill me with much confidence) A red Santa & minute Xmas trees are still displayed on reception & room tables…

Our first accommodation in Sri Lanka and to date, probably still the best. The room was perfectly fit for purpose. All the amenities that you need including a mini bar. The outside/inside bathroom is a wonderful experience when the sun shines down as you are showering. The pool, although small, is nice and refreshing after a hot day exploring Negombo. But what really makes this place so special is the staff. All of the lads that work there are phenomenal. Every question we had was answered, and they went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. Thank you again

Great communication regarding check in Spacious, clean airy room with a very comfortable large bed Lovely pool with sun loungers Hotel is in a really accessible location - just a 2 minute walk to the main road, very close to great cafes (cafe Boho, Prego restaurant, cafe Zen) Hotel easily organised an airport transfer for me (at a reasonable price)

Low hot water pressure in the shower and took a while to heat up If other guests are being noisy you can hear it in the room (but this only happened one night I was there so not common)

The location was great, shops and plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk. Room was lovely, spacious and very clean. I particularly liked the bathroom with the private outdoor shower! Safe, fridge with mini bar (chargeable)and water were in the room and some toiletries in the bathroom. To be expected.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast options, no sri lankan style breakfast but something and a chicken curry.. not good for me as I'm a vegetarian. Luckily there were lots of options on the main road. If they had better options including vegetarian that would be a good thing!

Excellent location in a quiet backstreet which is a short walk to Main Street and lots of eateries. Had a good sleep as the air con and fans are (blissfully) quiet. Curtains are good at blocking out the light when needed. Bed is very comfortable and rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful with arranging transport.

Music in reception was a bit loud and would prefer if switched off at 9.30pm. This is important for guests seeking rest after or before flights. Bathroom door is quite heavy.

Nice staff, room was big and spotlessly clean, pool was nice although you have to wait for the sun to hit the sunbeds as it's shaded some of the day. Loved the outdoor style shower and didn't have any problems with insects, strong AC and the first smart TV I came across in Sri Lanka. Nice quiet street away from the main road and a very short, pleasant walk. Didn't try the food but breakfast, lunch and dinner was offered at an additional cost.

I booked this space specifically because of the mention of early check in and late check out, which I was prepared to pay for. Sadly, I didn't get to enter my room until 2pm and late check out wasn't guaranteed even until the morning of check out so I left. Not a big issue but just something to keep in mind if you have very early or very late flights.

Lovely spacious room, friendly staff. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment but it did look inviting. We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip while we organised our Tuk Tuk rental and SIM cards etc. it was a good starting point. Minibar in room, outdoor shower theme in room, good aircon and the staff organised a massage for us with a partner spa which provided free pick up and drop off. The vibe was pretty quiet probably as it was off season but we enjoyed our stay and it worked well for us!

Small and modern hotel with a lovely clean pool. Good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed and a bathroom with plenty of hot water for showering. I loved the open air concept, with plants in the shower area. The staff here are brilliant - so helpful and genuine. They even gave us a lift to a local bar one evening when there was a very heavy storm. The location is great - in a quiet side road only 5 minutes walk from the main beach road. It was very rainy while we were there, and when walking in was difficult due to the roads flooding, it was quick and easy to get a tuk tuk to take us (using Pick Me app).

If only I could put 7*s for the facility. A wonderful stay. We checked in after midnight bit it was very smooth. Ravindu the head help was great. There's a young trainee chef, udare, was very helpful. They sort your breakfast too, not many options for vegetarians but manageable. Rooms are super spacious. The pool is very nice and inviting. We swam at night and it was very refreshing. The hotel is so close to the beach and beach road which has many shops and restaurants. Being a little away makes it very very noise free. The best part- the manager, Sandaru, who is also the owners son, a very young gentleman, looks after every detail. Super helpful. He looked after us really well. We are very grateful. No other place I'd rather be when visiting Negambo again. Thank
