lovely property. after four weeks on the road this was by far the cleanest pool we had encountered! rooms aren’t massive but have all you need. staff can’t do enough to help you. it’s good value for money, lunch and dinner are well priced and the chef knows a thing or two! beach is accessible via a footpath opposite…….and it’s lovely, one of the few really good for swimming we found in all the time we were away. this end of the beach is not so developed as some and seems to be busier at the weekend when the locals visit from Colombo.

there’s a kettle in the room but no mugs or coffee/tea there is a slight aroma of fish - if you walk to the beach you’ll find out why. I loved the crows that live at the hotel but this could be a problem if you are freaked out by birds. and……why are the controls for the lights and ceiling fan in room 110 behind the headboard?

Staff is really good and helpful in all ways possible. Also amenities provided at the hotel are worth it for the price you pay, compared to the hotels nearby. Hotel is also very comfortable with respect to natural lighting and space.

Hotel is a little away from any good restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was good, lots of variety,room was large with a fridge, always a bonus.

Only thing lacking was other guests, very quiet,only a 5 minute walk to restaurants so not really a problem.

Property was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice and spacious.

There’s smell of fish that comes from the beach. But this was limited to the common areas and the room was ok.

Breakfast was good.. fresh fruits.. omelette was very good.. overall nice breakfast.. Only papaya juice too sweet.. Quiet atmosphere.. good morning for to start the day💖👍🌷

Comfortably sized smaller hotel with good facilities ie restaurant full service, good food, nice quiet pool area although sometimes busy but we would wait a bit and soon quiet again. Management very helpful, staff members Ravidu and Chanika in particular were extremely friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like.

Average breakfast. Helpful staff. Great pool for price of hotel. Easy transfer from airport. Easy to get a tuktuk to the restaurant area of Negombo.

Hotel decor is a little tired but it is good value for money.

We stayed three nights in this hotel. we were very well received by all the staff, including Ravidou, he works on the restoration side. this young man is polite, kind and very pleasant to discuss with him. He made our stay more than pleasant. he even prepared a meal traditional and a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. The only negative point of the room is the street noise...

Shower pressure and bathrooms were not the best and could do with an update.
