If you like clam, rest and nature, this is the place for you! The hotel is located away from the noise of the town and gives access to true nature, with all its animal noises, evening light, and elephants in the vicinity! Faisal and his partner were a-ma-zing! If you are looking for bars, lots of restaurants and beers, it’s probably not the place for you. But if you want to enjoy a calm stay in nature (with a swimming pool), then book there! Because of the elephants roaming at night (cool!) you may need to be back home by 7pm every evening… luckily the food there is great.

It was a little far from the heart of the party. But if party is not what you are after, you will love it

Big room, big bed, amazing view on the lake. Nice design of the buildings. Pool and friendly staff. Nice local breakfast and option to order village dinner food. They organized a jungle sunset walk, to see the beautiful surroundings, that was great! Very quiet and peaceful place

If we have to say something, you can only reach it by tuktuk. So not so flexible to buy something around. maybe bicycle for more freedom wouldn't be bad.

The breakfast was great, the location were great, the staff were great, the bath water was great, and I think we'll check in again next time.

A scenic location overlooking a small lake in a secluded area with separate cottages. Staff very courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests. Many visits by Peacocks and other birds can be expected around the hotel property and would be a delightful prospect for birders.

The access road to the property from the main road is quite dilapidated. Recommend taking a smaller car or a TukTuk. Pigeons and Peacocks staying on the roofs of the cottages that are made from metallic roofing sheets makes a notable sound during the day and at night. Light sleepers may find it irritating.

Need more improvement,there's no soap in the Bathroom,the shower is not working properly .I filled water into the bucket and got a bath..pool not cleaned

The overall meal was good.

The manager was really lovely and went above and beyond for me. The room was spacious. Would have been relaxing if the room was up to scratch

I initially booked a room with lake view but didn’t have a lake view had two buildings in front of me. It was very loud as the buildings don’t have proper roofs just metal casing, I had been put in one under a tree with branches on the roof kept me up all night. The floor wasn’t clean, one of the beds had no sheets and the bathroom was extremely dirty. The manager said they had been closed for a while due to maintenance so apologised for my feedback to them, and said they would continue to make improvements. Can only reach this property by Tuk Tuk as it is off proper roads. Breakfast was cold not sure when it had been cooked but hoping it was covered over from flies

Nothing.this was the badest place in sigiriya.we visits family and they gave two rooms.every where dusty no clean very very very uncomfortable.the indian peoples are managing this place.this is a very terrible place.when checking they need money.😀 We were there for two hours and my son was sicked because of dust.they refused to give my money back.after that fought and got money and left.😀
