This hotel was great ! We stayed there 8 days and it was very comfortable! We had AC and a mosquito net. The breakfast is huuge! And also very good ! And the staff was super helpful and friendly ! We can only recommend this place. It’s close to the bus station, to the beach and to many restaurants

The only little thing, is that we didn’t have any wifi in our room and even near the pool, the connection is very slow.

Decent hotel not far from Tangalle centre but out of the bustle. Near the start of the main road that goes along all the beach bars and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean with large bathrooms, good showers and nice A/C. The manager on the front desk was helpful when asking for local recommendations. The place was quite quiet, but peaceful. Good place to chill out with nice terraces and balconies available to most of the rooms. Didn't try the pool, looked a bit green but was always being cleaned so I think it was fine. Nice comfortable stay!

Lacking a little bit of character. Had to move rooms midway through the stay - I think I'd been given an upgrade but it backfired when the room was booked last minute. Not much fuss though.

The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast good and the pool a great bonus. There is a beach close by but very rough and not safe to swim but very pretty. Swimming beaches are a tuk tuk ride or about a mile walk. The hotel is just getting started with new management so they will get the kitchen going for dinner and lunch soon. Now they go out and get what you want and you can also order food delivery. Best shower in a long time and good AC. The wifi was good for normal search and netflix.

Hard to find and wrong phone number on confirmation. I'm sure they are fixing that.

The owner was so kind and helpful.Room was clean with good space leading out to a large balcony.Property close to the beach and a very tasty seafood restaurant located there.Breakfast by the pool was very good with good sized portions.

Great stay. Room is big and beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast was also nice and the staff are very lovely. Will definitely be staying again.

The manager was really helpful and pleasant, the room was great, it was big and clean and the shower was amazing! The A/C and fan both worked and the mosquito net was a bonus. it’s ideally situated to eat in the town and is a short walk to the beach. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Sri Lanka to date. Definitely book this place!

Definitely good place to stay in the center of the city. I got clean, silent room (especially given the proximity of the bus station), with good working AC. The staff was very helpful with my travel plans and was overall very pleasant. There is also a pool in the yard.

Everything was perfect, room was clean, nice and big bathroom. The swimming pool also clean. Breakfast very tasty.

The driveway to the hotel was a little bit dirty/weird smell..

It was very clean, the location was great (very near the beach) and there was a walkway directly from the hotel to the beach.

It was quite hard to find from the street. The sign was covered by bushes and the gate was closed.
