This place is really worth the money you pay. It is very clean, great location, the host welcomed us with a cold coconut. He was at our disposal. The bathroom is spacious and the best we had on our trip to Sri Lanka. Breakfast was great and served in the garden. The room is fragrant, and the air conditioner did not emit moisture. Very good accommodation.

Location, room, breakfast - all perfect :) You can find amazing beach just across the street. 7 minutes walk from big supermarket. Room was big and cosy, with sideview over some palms = could be better but we can't complain. Crew was very helpful and did their best to satisfy us :)

Weird thing with the kettle - there was a new kettle on the desk but there was no power outlet. When I tried to use poweroutlet at other side of the room, we found out that the kettle has typical UK/Sri Lanka plug type, but power outlet was different and I couldn't plug it in. I had to use European type power adapter to keep this thing running...

We had a beautiful stay with very nice people. If you have any question, they will help you. The room and the balcony were really big, clean and nice. Definitely would go to this hotel again.

Really nice place. Was great having breakfast outside in the garden and seeing some animals. Each room has a sea/garden view. Spacious space with a big bed. You can walk everywhere as the distances aren’t big but also it’s very easy to catch a tuk tuk from outside of the hotel. The owners helped us organise many great trips and also picked us up from the airport. Very nice owners.

Not every room has a fridge and the pillows are quite hard.

We liked this place so much because of the staff they are so helpful, kind and all of them is gentlemen’s 😄 we got some cold welcoming drinks then we arrived, nice clean room! The location is a little bit of but we liked it. Good breakfast, and we felt safe ☺️ We do really recommend you this stay and then you are here go to silent beach! It was an amazing beach not that far away ☀️

It was a little bit loudly, we could hear people in the hallway/ by the entrance talking 🤷🏽‍♀️

The location was good for us although a 15 walk to the main restaurant area. Excellent restaurants close by though and good beaches. Staff very attentive and helpful

Electrics could do with a little work. Plenty of lights out and the socket above the bath could do with fixing (or removing)

Very good place, held by nice and friendly people always here to help you and give you useful advice about the city. The owner is always smiling which gives you a very cosy vibe so big thanks again !!

Very clean and comfortable accomodation. Quiet location but still close to town and just across the road from an idyllic beach. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful . Delicious breakfast. Very good value for money

Everything was of a high standard

The room was exceptionally clean, with powerful air conditioning.we had a room on the top floor with seaview, definetely the best we had in sri lanka Owners are very nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious and they also arranged transport for us. Would defo stay here again.
