I liked everything about my stay. I actually spent 3 nights here and would gladly have spent more. The resort is located right on a lovely spot on the beach. It's a short walk to the town and you can venture further along the beach too. I loved my cabana which was really clean, it had a lovely clean and comfortable bed with a mosquito net in good condition. My towels were white and almost new! The bathroom was small and clean with a warm shower. It was great to have a kettle with teabags and cups as well as a small fridge. Breakfasts were prepared to order and were very nice. I also ate at the restaurant on two evenings and my food was prepared fresh and was tasty. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and courteous. I started receiving fresh flowers on my patio table from day 2 - a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend to those who appreciate a bit of beach serenity and peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. The Cabanas are spacious and clean. We also liked the food at the restaurant, we tried breakfast lunch and dinner and we liked it very much. The location directly on the beach is perfect. What we liked the most about this place were the people, they were super friendly and helpful, they did everything to make our stay exceptional. They made us feel like we were staying at a friends or familys place.

I had the most wonderful relaxing comfortable week in my cabana! After 3 weeks travelling around Sri Lanka it was such a chilled out time. Love the location. I would fall asleep to the sound of the ocean & wake up to the sound of the ocean. I would sit on my verandah & watch the dawn & sunrise followed by a swim in the ocean before a delicious breakfast. Enjoyed 3 evening meals at the restaurant. Had red snapper one evening, tuna & prawns. All very tasty & nicely presented. The chef is obviously well trained. The staff were all very helpful & friendly & constantly keeping the grounds tidy & clean. I appreciated having the use of a sunbed & beach towel. Wifi worked well. I would sit on my verandah every evening catching up with friends on line. Borrowed an old bicycle several times which came in useful to go into town & to the far end of Tangalle near the lagoon. A big thank you to Ravi, the manager & all the staff for making my visit such a memorable one.

We loved our stay at Serenity Beach Cabanas! The location is amazing (hearing the waves all day, close to restaurants/coffee place, close to bus station). The staff is really friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with fresh juice and were always smiling and kind. For us, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday.

It is like the paradise, very nice, calm place with private beach access and nice food. The staff was very nice and helpful also. I highly recommend this place, the most beautiful I have seen in Sri Lanka. The monkeys are coming to the garden sometimes and play. If you are there, please give some food the 3 dogs on the beach, the place also feeds them, they are really nice :).

Beautiful location, right on the beach front. Clean and a large cabana with a verandah. Friendly staff who all stayed up late to greet us and cook dinner. Fantastic breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach and the local fishing activities.

The cabana we stayed in was very cute and situated so close to the beach that we could hear the waves as we fell asleep. The staff were very friendly and the property was well maintained. We were only scheduled to stay one night, but we changed our booking after we arrived so we could have an extra night.

Excellent accommodation and great location. The staff are all very friendly and super attentive. The Sri Lankan breakfast is highly recommended. Perfect spot to catch the sunrise and enjoy a G&T on the beach in the evening.

The staff were wonderful. The cabanas and restaurant are right on the water, food was fab, service outstanding!!

Great place and great atmosphere. Cottages practically on the beach. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. Delicious local breakfast. The house is large and clean. Nice neighborhood. We recommend :)
