Short walk from beaches on either side of town and to the restaurants and bars. Room seemed recently decorated so looked fresh and clean. Great value for money! Owner also helped us get to Hiriketiya as our taxi let us down. Owners are lovely.

Only reason it doesn't get a 10 just yet is that there's no license for a bar and no pool.... however both are on the way so will be top notch when it's finished!

Brand new cosy cabana, squeaky clean, strong AC and water pressure, soft beds, close to city centre and the beach, staff was kind and ready to spring into action to solve WiFi issues. It’s lovely to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing in and watching squirrels and mongoose run around. The top floor of the cabana is nicely decorated, but the bottom floor is unfurnished for now (January 2023).

This villa is the best in Tangalle . All restaurants , Banks and super markets are located so closed to this property. Staff is so friendly . Super fast wifi internet they provide . This is my third time visit to this lovely location as i am frequent traveller to Sri Lanka . I highly recommend this

Ravan is the perfect place to stay if you’re going to tangalle! Really big and nice rooms. The staff is super nice and helpful, they helped us plan activities during our stay and fixed scooters for us. They also made incredible breakfast and dinner, with so much different to choose between. Very close to the beach as well! We would love to come back.

We stayed in a villa for 2 nights. It is called a "villa" but the ground floor is empty, with no furniture so, in the fact, you live on the first floor in a big room. The room was clean and nice. The localization is great, close to the sea and a city centrum but is it very calm and quiet.

-No mosquito net -The WiFi didn't work at all. We tried to connect with different rooters but none of them worked in our room. -The breakfast wasn't big. It was a rather an international breakfast, not a Sri Lankan meal. -There is not a reception here and it is difficult to meet staff if you need help in the place.

I was told on my third day after a hot and sweaty bike ride that my room was not available that night and I had to leave. Basically a large group arrived and I was basically bumped out, very unprofessional and the staff handled it terribly.

The room was spotless, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, you can see the beach from the entrance of the resort.

Kanishka (Cheff ) & Viraj are provided delighted service for me.

Good budget option close to the beach ( 1 more street to the beachfront ). Good wifi, comfy bed. Nothing extraordinary, can probably find a beachfront cabana in the same price. Good contact with the owner via WhatsApp.

Would be nice to have a mosquito net or at least a hook to attach it. The room was pretty dark. It was weird that we were asked for payment immediately upon arrival, didn't happen in any other place in Sri Lanka.

Very cozy, air conditioning, perfect location. House keeper Viraj and chef Kanushna did their best to serve us.
