I had reserved and paid in full for the Superior Double room via Booking.com. The room description was 25 meters square and the pictures clearly showed a room that included a bathtub. However, I was accorded a much smaller room, without the bathtub upon check-in. I was informed that the Superior Double Room with the bathtub was overbooked and not available. I requested that the Superior Double Room be accorded to me. The team acted promptly and I was shifted to the Superior Double Room on the next day.

Marika was brilliant in answering all our questions both during the booking process and our stay. She accommodated our room requests. The hotel has some games which is good for families. The hotel is also conveniently located and we could access public transport easily.

It was difficult to find certain food (e.g., beans, fresh bread etc ) during breakfast unless you were early for breakfast so that may result in people going to breakfast at the same time in order not to miss out. One of our rooms had no working air conditioning making it quite uncomfortable. The other room also had a broken headboard lamp. Despite having a small kitchen in our room, there were no spoons, forks, or eating knives.

The place is really nice, great value for money. The Spa has the necessary (just missing a cold pool) you get dinner and breakfast if you stay at it. My room was big and had a Bathtub, as I requested for the type of room that I rented. The staff is there all the time and they are really fast and friendly.

I reserved the very last time for dinner and there wasn't much to pick from other than salads and 2 types of main, some meat (quite bland) and stroganoff. The restaurant closes at 21hrs. So don't be too late for your booking. The person cleaning the tables, took my (almost) empty plate as soon as I put the cutlery down. Didn't even ask if I was done.

I got a room upgrade. Then i lived 4 days on about 37 square meters. It was nice and clean. For a hotel, the gym is absolutely amazing! In general, it is equipped absolutely up to date. The breakfast was good. A big offer. The quality of the bread, rolls and the scrambled egg could be better. The included dinner was nice. It did not vary much during my stay, but i was really happy about that dinner every eveing. All in all: Between my expectation and what i got, this was my best hotel experience since the year 2009, no doupt. And i had lots of Hotels since then.

The hotel makes you feel incredibly welcome. Plenty of room in public areas to sit or work with tea, coffee, water. Good breakfast and dinner in the price of the room. Parking available. Bus stop in front of the entrance. Excellent wifi. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. I will certainly come back

Rooms are well equipped and comfortable but furniture is a bit dated. Bathroom in particular could do with some renovation, especially showers with low pressure flow. Breakfast could have a bit more variety of pastries

The room was very nice and super spacious. We stayed in a superior room, and it was just perfect. The staff was super friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was very nice but the dinner was amazing! The meat options changed every day, the vegan option was the same for two days but as it was absolutely delicious it was honestly just a plus! The 3rd day there was a different vegan option so it was just fantastic! Parking was easy to book via the hotels website just make sure to book it ahead of time as it can get fully booked. The gym was very nice with all new equipment and very well stocked. There were also washing machines in the basement that came as a welcomed surprise. The common areas were also very nice and inviting, it has something for everyone! Over all a 10/10 stay and we would definitely stay there again

Both breakfast and dinner buffets were very good considering the pricing of this hotel. A nice selection of dishes, especially greens and vegetables but the meat dishes were also fine - the ratatouille and pulled beef stood out as very well done and savoury. We went to PlanetStaden mostly for the spa experience and it didn't disappoint, at least not for the price (750 SEK for 2 adults and a child). Other, dedicated spas may have more amenities and features but this one had the essentials and wasn't crowded - in fact, we had it to ourselves for the half day that we booked. We initially went for a superior room but upgraded to family which was a good choice - the family room (apartment, really) has a double bed and two separate beds along with a small in-room kitchen and a spacey bathroom.

The cleaning could have been slightly better but maybe that's to be expected given the "green profile" and opt-in cleaning schedule of this hotel. Overall, small flaws in the cleaning regimen doesn't detract much from the overall positive experience to me.

Everything was good. I don’t think you can find nicer and more helpful staff, than those who work here. They answer all questions helpfully and with a smile and nothing seems to be a problem. Furthermore there was dinner and breakfast in the booking. The dinner was okay, and the breakfast was extravagant, were there bread and fruit? Yes. Cheese, eggs and bacon? Sure! Meatballs? You got it! Last, the busstop to and from Malmø is literally outside the hotel and the trip takes around 15 minutes. I can easily recommend this place.

We got a very spacious room with breakfast and dinner included for a similar price to a much smaller room elsewhere. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space in the room. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and we would be happy to return next time we are in Lund.

The beds were a little soft for my partner's liking and the hotel is a little far from the main attractions in Lund. However, considering that it is very close to a bus stop this wasn't an issue.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. On the ground floor there is a reception with very friendly staff, a large restaurant, a spa and many areas where you can sit and drink delicious coffee. Breakfast in the restaurant is simply wonderful, there is a lot of varied food and everyone can choose what they like. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view from the window where you could watch a beautiful sunset.The room has everything you need: ironing board and iron, enough hangers and drawers for clothes, large TV with many channels, desk and comfortable chairs. There is also a kitchenette in the room, which is hidden in a closet, making it invisible to the interior. The mini kitchen has a stove, kettle, cups, a small refrigerator, as well as a small set of tea and coffee and 2 mini chocolates.The bathroom is very large with heated floors and a chair, plenty of towels, body lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel + hairdryer. The design of the room itself is very interesting.

We have one small wish: there would be a little more sweets at breakfast, such as cookies or sweet buns.
