It's a very nice hotel located close to Lund's attractions like the cathedral, the library and the shopping area, at 10' walk from the station. The breakfast buffet is abundant with sweet and savoury choices. The shower is very large, but we weren't able to adjust the water temperature, it was very very hot. The room was very romantic with exposed beams, original floors and a sofa. The area is quite calm.

We noticed that the dishes were washed by hand in the kitchen near to the breakfast room, what suprised us a lot. When we checked in, the desk didn't inform us that the cleaning of the room was "on request". They told us that there is a big sign in the room informing about that, but we didn't see it, however we expect that a 4 stars hotel should inform of this rule when the guests check in.

I was delighted with the quiet location that is very close to the central station! The corridors are winding and confusing which I loved, personally, but I could see how some might find it disorienting. The staff was very helpful! The breakfast rooms were cosy. You have to be let in, if you don't have a keytag, which heightens sense of security. The shower had good pressure and was easy to adjust for water temperature. Covers and pillow were comfy, and so was the armchair. I appreciated VERY much the flatiron, and the good height of the ironing board.

I did find the bed a little hard, but not unsleepably so. There could have been more options for light in the room, but because the bed lamp was adjustable, it worked excellent anyway. The shower room had a very sharp corner on the small water-stopping wall, that was an instant alarm bell for my toes. Fortunately, because I noticed it and was afraid, I didn't hit it even once. Success! I was very disappointed with the tea assortment. Lipton?! Worse than many a no-brand budget alternative! No, Lipton is not an acceptable alternative for a hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, in a classic, elegant style. Every staff member I met was friendly, and it was lovely that we could make communication work in Danish-Swedish. The bed was particularly comfortable. The breakfast had the basics, but they were tasty and diverse.

I wish got an extra big pillow for neck support. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, it costs a little bit of extra money to park in the nearby parking garage.

This hotel had a great location for a visit to Lund. It also had a cute flair, a bit different than a generic hotel. Even the rooms felt a bit more like you were staying at a private location. This was a nice surprise since I expected something with less character. The breakfast and breakfast room were nice. The staff super friendly and helpful too.

I respect that the front door stays "locked" that you get in with your key or ring a bell but, we had the misfortune that the reception was unmanned and therefore stood outside the door for a rather long time confused why we couldn't get in. (during check-in hours) As a family exited we walked in (mind you, we had a super long trip to get there and it was pouring rain so waiting outside was not fun) and then waited longer for someone at reception person to finally return. - We didn't mention this to them but I wasn't cool to have check in hours and not have the desk manned. - The beds were soft. The breakfast buffet area was really tight.

Convenient for the railway station and the centre of Lund. On a quiet street a little way from the main shopping area, in a historic, but renovated building. The hotel is on the smaller side, but comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are average size, but have the key facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We couldn't get the airconditioner to work - no instructions and much random stabbing of touch screen, so had the windows open (thankfully it is in a quiet area).

Great location right in the heart of Lund, only a short walk from all the main attractions. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a good selection. I would like to have had time to try the sauna, but sadly we were too busy.

The room was quite cramped and was far too hot - the information in the room encouraged guests to open the windows as little as possible, but we had to sleep with the window open otherwise it was far too warm. Also, some parts of the room were quite dusty, especially the tea/coffee cups. Many channels on the TV were not working.

Room was great, bed was comfortable. The only thing that was a disappointment was the WIFI. The signal was not very strong which made working in my room almost impossible. The signal strengthened once I went in the lobby but it was terrible in my room (on first floor). Breakfast was excellent and they were able to store my luggage for free after I checked out. Very friendly staff. Located very close to Lund Central station and Lund university.

This hotel is family owned and you feel it, it has a warm atmosphere. The location of the hotel is great. The stuff was very friendly, rooms clean and beautiful. There is also a nice roof terrace for relaxing. I especially liked the possibility to borrow bikes and the pillow bar they had - possibility to choose a best pillow for you.

The breakfast room was small and quite crowded, especially the corner, where milks, yoghurts and jams were kept. Perhaps the hotel could place the food a bit differently? I think this would be better option than sharing the breakfast schedules, when I'm in a holiday, I don't like schedules but prefer going to the breakfast when I feel like. It would be also great if they would have hummus, peanut butter or something similar vegan spread to put on the bread. There was plant based yoghurts and milks though, which was great. One final touch for rooms would be cleaning the windows and blinds.

The breakfast buffet was fine - quite a big selection. The bread was maybe not top-notch (just ordinary rolls) but still perfectly fine. There were few 'wow' experiences (the juice is from a cartoon, but there was a nice yoghurt smoothie as an alternative), the tea selection was meagre, but I left the breakfast table entirely satisfied.

The rooms are rather cute but small.

We have stayed in the Hotel 4 times now and each time in a different room - my only request for next time is that I get a room with an outside facing window which is preferable to those facing inside. The hotel is very quirky and the breakfast was lovely. Excellent value for money and very friendly staff. Location is perfect, close walk from the train station and all of the shops, cafe's, sites of interest, bars and university campus.
