Recently had a lovely stay. Beautiful old hotel centrally located just a few minutes from the train station. Breakfast buffet was delicious and a highlight every morning which was included with the room. We stayed in one of the family rooms which was perfect for two kids (smaller size pull out couch a little on the creaky side. Faced the back courtyard unfortunately without much of a view. Third floor room a little louder I think from staircase going up to the fourth floor so would probably try to stay in 2nd or fourth floor next time. Nice parlor on first floor to relax, hang out and can bring drinks from the bar.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, especially at night, and especially during Christmas season. Breakfast was good. Location was great, within walking distance to charming shops, restaurants, and the gorgeous Lund Cathedral. I accidentally left my boots there and had to get them shipped to me in the States. The hotel staff could not have been nicer and more attentive when this happened, and they followed up with me and left lovely messages for me afterwards.

The photos are relatively accurate, but the small size of the room and bathroom were really shocking. This was also the WORST bed I have ever slept in at a hotel--lumpy, saggy and extremely small. I slept most of the night on the hard floor because of this dreadful bed. Also no parking at the hotel and with the street layout, it took quite a while to get to the sister hotel to park (less time to walk, but had to drag suitcases upon cobblestone streets). That hotel had no staff in the lobby or clear signage for how to enter garage.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all great and the breakfast was exceptional.

There is a ramp at the side of the the hotel to assist with bringing luggage into the hotel. Unfortunately it’s not obvious upon arrival and we didn’t discover this til after we had arrived and struggled in with our bags up the front steps. Perhaps a sign at the front indicating the presence of the ramp would be helpful.

Location excellent; spotlessly clean; breakfast selection absolutely excellent; staff friendly, professional, bi-lingual. Concierge team were excellent- the first room we were allocated was small and hadn't been made up (a very rare occurrence as the housekeeping staff were great) - immediately found us a much better room and sorted everything without any hassle for us. Perfect service. The Room we ended up with was outstanding - spacious and generally well equipped with a couple of oddities (see didn't likes).

There were a couple of oddities in an otherwise excellent room. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. A chest of drawers would have been more useful than the bureau in the room.

Very elegant old hotel in the centre of Lund beautifully decorated for Christmas. Rooms and bathrooms well appointed and very clean. staff very pleasant and helpful. We were given the wrong room originally but we were moved to the top floor very quickly.

Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms on the 4th floor. There is a complimentary machine on floors 1 2 & 3 but not on 4.

Check-in staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small and its location on the first floor made for a loud Friday evening experience as there was a party on the ground floor. The breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of hot and cold items and some days an omelette station. For fee parking was in an offsite garage about a city block away from the hotel. Once we found it and figured out how the system worked with the help of the Hotel Lundia staff, it worked just fine. The center city location near many restaurants and the Lund Central Train Station was excellent.

The restaurant is first class, the welcome of exquisite taste, the food whose quality is excellent, the chefs prepare your dish with love, served perfectly and with correct prices with the restaurants and brasseries that they are present in Lund which are equal to or lower. TOTAL VOTE 9

I believe that the choice of French, Spanish or California wines are perfect for their state's food. I have to recommend Italian wine from the Northeast, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli where the DOC and DOP are the rule of the perfect wine. Important wine with an alcohol content greater than 12°.

The hotel was full of grand old world charm. Breakfast was delightful for me. The room was very comfortable and pretty, light and bright with nice big windows to open and keep cool.

Not much available for vegans at breakfast or any vegan options on the dinner menu. As I was travelling with my daughter who is vegan that presented a few problems. We did find a few places in Lund who were vegan friendly .

The sauna didn’t work and the sauna was cold on arrival despite several bookings and in person confirmation of request. The sauna level needs serious attention and renovation. No kettle in the room was an inconvenience. While there were facilities on some floors, the tea offered was limited.

It is a very nice and elegant hotel in 19th century style with all the modern facilities. The breakfast buffet was rather good. It is located at a small distance from both city centre and train station.

Everything was good, but it was a bit cold in both room and common space. I am guessing it has something to do with Swedish regulation, but staff has told me they can provide additional heating if needed.
