The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, available 24/7. We arrived late at night, the two family rooms were nicely prepared with the door opened between them. Breakfast is perfect with a great selection and quantity. One wish is that cleaning needs to be checked more carefully by the floor manager. Once the bin was not empty, another time the fridge had some old stuff.

The hotel administration really has to make a better and a clearer arrangement with the parking provider, better than saying "we are not responsible". All signs are in Swedish. It is critically important that vehicles lower than 1.9m must park inside, and taller vehicles outside (only a few spots available). Otherwise you get a ticket. The payment is inside the hall even if you park outside. Please make sure the receipt is sent to you by email. The parking is a harvest zone of parking controllers. We paid 200kr (20eur) for the overnight parking, and had a receipt, but still got a ticket with our foreign plates. A totally shameless practice very likely common and known to the hotel administration considering a clear sign "we are not responsible".

The hotel was perfectly located for us, breakfast was very good with a variety of choices, staff very helpful and nice, parking is convenient (we installed the app upon recommendation of staff who helped to select the cheapest option). It is obviously a business type of hotel, however with nice atmosphere around the bar and easily accessible.

The only thing we were missing was a closed parking belonging to the hotel as we would have liked to load the car with personal belongings the night before we left, which we did not dare to do in the adjacent parking that is not staffed or closed/for restrictive access only for example.

The staff, rooms, cleanliness, room size, everything was good for a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast selection was average, nothing which stood out. 3 star hotel standard, yet this is a 4 star hotel so expectations were higher and therefore lacked against other 4 star hotels in Sweden. We stayed at Best Western Malmö the day after which is not a Plus hotel, yet their Breakfast was amazing with huge selection. Rating 2/5 for the breakfast in Best Western Plus Lund. Secondly the Gym was a Joke, it cannot be called a Gym but rather a fitness center. Nothing available for body building. The gym was very small also. The bedrooms are bigger than the gym, almost suffocating. Big disappointment.

Check in was smooth and fast. Room very nice, modern and looked new. Breakfast had good choices and though there was quite a rush the personnel were fast cleaning and replenishing. Distance to the center acceptable. They accept dogs and there is even bowl with water and treats at the entrance. Overall good value for money.

The hotel does not have parking. There are a few parking spaces and garages just opposite, but the hotel has a plate at the reception warning guests that they take no responsibility. The parking was expensive (pay per hour), you have to download an app as the automats do not work properly, and I read google reviews that people had issues getting ticket although they paid and it was not possible to reach anybody. The hotel could arrange that guests can pay via them and have peace of mind. We decided to park 500m further on the street which was free at night.

Pet-friendly hotel. You can have breakfast with dog in a certain part of lobby. Clean, comfortable beds, calm place to stay, around 15 min walk to center of town. Very welcoming attitude.

Cheap soap and shampoo. I would recommend to change them to “Rituals”. They are also ethical, but have better quality. Parking in a separate parking house, not part of the hotel. Didn’t find tomato juice at breakfast. Simple coffee. No pancakes (maybe they are served at some days?). Baked beans, fried tomatoes with cheese, pancakes, tomato juice and cappuccino - that is what I would like to have at breakfast :)

Great location. Easy access to city centre but also next to main road. Good sized room, comfy bed and furnishings. Liked additional touches of ear plugs (not needed as very quiet and peaceful on second floor) and nail file etc. Well presented bar area and reception. Good quality food for breakfast and evening Bistro menu. Friendly staff and polite and respectful. Great for an overnight stay.

Cobweb hanging from ceiling otherwise very clean. Desk chair looked a little tired. Breakfast tables - many were needing to be cleaned. Cost of parking as none owned by hotel and need to park first before checking in is a pain. Cost of food.....a little overpriced but still tasty. Otherwise stay is quite good value for money and I will stay again.

I requested an accessible room and they delivered. I used the portable shower chair which was very helpful (every hotel should have this at the minimum for an accessible room! The room is spacious with lots of room to maneuver which is great. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is really good but the same food was available every day (I stayed from Friday to Monday) with the exception of pancakes between Fri and Sun. Appreciated the locally sourced ingredients for some of the food items. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The shower chair did not come with an armrest. I was OK with that but I can see it being an issue with other users. The floors were not vacuumed everyday - one of the footstool were quite old and when we used it, it started to shed but those were still on the floor when we were back.

We chose it for location, since we needed to get to the airport in Copenhagen the next day. Parking was only about $25 Canadian, a bargan in Scandanavia. Ended up pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was nicer than any North American Best Western I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was good, room lovely, staff friendly, and there were lots of little niceties, such as terry cloth gowns in the rooms and Foos Ball, Ping Pong, and Pool Tables.

Breakfas was good, good variaty. 24h reception. Room nice, clean, confortable.

No hotel parking. Just parking structure near by, which is payed separatelly.

From check-in the staff were absolutely fantastic! The hotel was clean, spacious and with good facilities, although it was a little further from the main town than expected, it was a short drive to the centre of everything which turned out better, as it was more peaceful. Dinner at the the restaurant and bar was lovely and the breakfast in the morning was excellent, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
