I was actually surprised with how upmarket this hotel was when I walked in. I had booked this hotel as it did look really nice on the photos and had good reviews, however was still surprised when entering the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and they do offer a pillow menu so if you wanted a more firm or soft pillow it is available upon request. I didn't require this as the pillows were exactly as I like them. They also have heated floors in the bathroom which was fantastic and have bikes available to use during your stay.

In the original bedroom I booked there was no window and this really made me feel claustrophobic. I did pay extra for an upgrade as I really wouldn't have been comfortable in a room with no window. The room I upgraded to was lovely and the view was amazing.

Friendly reception, good breakfast, clean rooms, handy location near several bus lines and the tram. Great starting point to go explore Lund, meet friends, etc.

I knowingly picked a windowless room. Instead, it was equipped with an illuminating wall panel to simulate daylight. Let me tell you: *it is convincing*. So convincing in fact that I kept losing track of time in the evening since the illusion is so on point that my body gets the impression that it's still mid-day. And that's the unexpected fault in it all; if I didn't remember to shut it off half an hour to an hour before bed (by e.g. losing track of time like mentioned before), I would find myself barely tired enough to fall asleep. It is a *great* feature, don't get me wrong; I'm just not sure if it's one I'd go for again in the future.

Professional reception. Good breakfast (though lack of organisation among staff for cleaning out tables, refilling the buffé, taking out plates before guests approval) You can switch off the ventilation in the room.

Parking app...unclear..i thought i had it under controll..and i got a 500 sek fine at 0620 AM...because i did not confirm a "ending time" for the carpark...please Hotel managers, let us know about this? Or include a parking fee when we book.

I really like the location of this hotel since it's not so far from the centrum of Lund and also a lot of green views from the hotel. The breakfast was also good and they also provide coffees and little snacks in the lobby. I really appreciated that because when we arrived we were very hungry so it helped us ease our stomaches 😅 They also have a huge parking space and don't charge so expensively. I also appreciate the powdered coco drink along with the coffee and tea provided in the room. That was really a treat for me as I am NOT a Coffee drinker at night. The hotel staffs are very accommodating as well. The snack bar down the lobby was also not overpriced at all unlike other hotels who overcharged their items. I really recommend this hotel. It was truly a pleasure to be there 😍🥰

- 200 sek per dog/ night is highly overpriced. Never paid that. - in bathroom water from shower had a lot of chlorine. Like you are in a swimmingpool. Also water from washbasin was big smell of chlorine and water tasted like that. After letting the water flow for five minutes it was gone. Not for the shower.

Easy to reach by car. Lots of parking spaces. Pretty good breakfast. Comfy beds.

They really need to do something about the elevator chaos. Neither functionality or capacity are acceptable. Not all lifts go to the 3 topmost floors which means when you push the button on the ground floor next free lifr might not suit your floor. Also total capacity is too low which is strange for such a new hotel and lesds to long waiting times at rush hours.

The breakfast was excellent as were the breakfast team and the gym was nice. Gave us vouchers to use during our stay

The bar doesn’t open on a Sunday It’s in quite a business area so no nearby restaurants The towels need to be left on the floor to be changed, we left ours at the end of the bed and so they were not changed. The receptionists while lovely were not very informative ie where our room was, where the lifts were, etc

Very cosy hotel with perfect location, especially when you are traveling. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast buffet.

The rooms could be better cleaned, around the beds etc. We arrived at twelve o clock at night due to traffic complications, and the kids beds were missing in the room. We had to ask the receptionist, who were very friendly to arrange it for us. The same thing for the dog. We got a breakfast voucher for our troubles, which was very nice.

It had all the basic amenities. The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect any restaurants nearby.

There was never anyone at the front desk when we wanted to find out about having food delivered or purchasing snacks from the shop in the lobby.

We always stay here when visiting family in Lund. Friendly welcome from the staff. They are always helpful and kind. We stayed in a quiet, spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and seating area. Very good black-out blinds, comfortable beds, and lovely crisp clean sheets. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board proved very useful. Products in the bathroom smell fantastic. Varied choice for breakfast, hot and cold food, lots of coffee and juices.
