I visited this hotel early this year. They have restyled the rooms, which now look much better, and they also seem to be larger and more comfortable: I don't know if this was an effect of the restyling or if I just got a larger room. The bed is comfortable, and the room looks very nice. The position of this hotel is excellent, close to the station, the central park, and next to a Burger King, a bakery, and a coffee place.

The light in the room can change the intensity, but it seems they have a bit of a problem (the light may flash/the contact is not made properly). I haven't tried the breakfast again, as I was a bit disappointed the last time. Last time I visited the hotel, I could only get boiled eggs, and the croissants were disappointing. To be honest, I don't like Scandinavian breakfast, so it may be a personal taste. However, having a bit more hot meat would be better (bacon/sausages).

Excellent location right in the centre of Lund, just 3-4 minutes away from the central station, and on a very beautiful street. Also close to good restaurants and cafes. The decoration of the hotel and many of the facilities are showing their age but I think the hotel has made the right decision by embracing that retro look of much of the furniture. I think it looks cute, and the important bits - beds, showers, toilets - are modern and fresh. Also our room had a small private sauna which was a very welcome surprise!

Nothing negative to say. As mentioned above, this is definitely a retro hotel but in my opinion it carries its age with pride and is overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and close to the old town. The rooms were very clean, tidy and good design.

The receptionist was not helpful at all, she got irritated because we didn't use the computer to check-out, but the computer didn't find our booking. Of course, she did not find as well our booking, so there was no reason to be irritated and almost rude with the customer. The breakfast was also very poor quality. Did not expect handmade sandwiches for this price. There were also rats running around outside at the entrance in the evening, which was also a turn-off.

Room was clean .. 👌 Breakfast was perfect x loved the way they provided brown paper bags for taking away a crossiant x Only fault was no kettle in Room for a ould cuppa .. however they did have an iron & hairdryer & ironing board

The shower was little bit dangerous for my mum who travelled with me .. She felt unsafe when entering it & coming back out of it .. The water was all over the bathroom floor making it a hazard for the elderly . I was OK as I had to watch myself ..

Professional and welcoming staff, awesome interior design, colorful decor elements, exceptionally clean and nice room

I stayed in room 128 and heard both nights of my stay some weird sounds from upstairs (probably?), like something heavy falling down or being carried around, also quite late in the evening. It didn’t matter much to me, as I was just happy having a room with a bathtub, but maybe other guests would find it disturbing that the noise isolation lets this kind of sounds through quite easily.

During check-in, I provided the necessary details for the invoice and requested it in advance. However, after checking out, I did not receive the invoice and had to follow up to obtain it. When it finally arrived, it was issued with incorrect information. I requested a corrected version, but the details were still wrong. This experience has negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel.

Short walk to the station and the centre of Lund. Delicious breakfasts, comfortable room. Bath and shower. Excellent value for money when we visited. Staff were helpful and even provided a bag of ice for my wife's injured knee. Lund is a fantastic city to visit with interesting museums, buildings and beautiful parks

Perfect and convenient hotel close to the center and the university. Rooms are very well equipped, and beds are really comfortable. Breakfast has several amazing points as good honey, cinnamon, tasting apple juice, hot waffles and shelves to put everything on.

The shower is a big mess. The construction of the glass walls is just really false, it is not possible to shower without having the whole bathroom full, and I mean full of water. It is in fact such a stupid construction we couldnt help but laugh.

Room clean and comfortable, fair size based on Nordic standards. Breakfast was optional and available on request for hotel visitors. Nice touch the hot coffee and tea pot available in the lobby for late evening guests. Convenient location, walking distance from Lund Central train station.

Breakfast did not included any cold meats but that is the local trend.
