The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and close to the old town. The rooms were very clean, tidy and good design.

The receptionist was not helpful at all, she got irritated because we didn't use the computer to check-out, but the computer didn't find our booking. Of course, she did not find as well our booking, so there was no reason to be irritated and almost rude with the customer. The breakfast was also very poor quality. Did not expect handmade sandwiches for this price. There were also rats running around outside at the entrance in the evening, which was also a turn-off.

I stayed in room 128 and heard both nights of my stay some weird sounds from upstairs (probably?), like something heavy falling down or being carried around, also quite late in the evening. It didn’t matter much to me, as I was just happy having a room with a bathtub, but maybe other guests would find it disturbing that the noise isolation lets this kind of sounds through quite easily.

During check-in, I provided the necessary details for the invoice and requested it in advance. However, after checking out, I did not receive the invoice and had to follow up to obtain it. When it finally arrived, it was issued with incorrect information. I requested a corrected version, but the details were still wrong. This experience has negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel.

Room clean and comfortable, fair size based on Nordic standards. Breakfast was optional and available on request for hotel visitors. Nice touch the hot coffee and tea pot available in the lobby for late evening guests. Convenient location, walking distance from Lund Central train station.

Breakfast did not included any cold meats but that is the local trend.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the location is literally next to the station and the bed was very comfortable. Also, as a vegan couple, the hotel made sure we had a vegan breakfast every morning, which was very kind! Last but not least. We could grab a tea or a coffee in the lobby throughout the day. And they offer borrowing bikes as an extra.

Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't fully plant based. Hopefully in the future 🌱🇸🇪

Hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Clean. Able to rent 3-speed city bikes for free. We stayed in room 310, which had a sauna in the bathroom!!! So lush. The highlight of our stay in Lund was this hotel room with our own private sauna.

Very good location! Everything is located near the hotel: transport, restaurants and cafes for every taste and price, various museums and shops. The design of the room is nice, very comfortable shower and bed. For breakfast, the choice is small, but very tasty croissants, granola and fresh juices. Adding sliced ​​cheese, ham, sausage and cream cheese for breakfast would be perfect.

The biggest and only negative in the hotel is that there are no power sockets next to the bed.

Central location, rooms were spotless and place itself seemed quite new. Staff were very helpful, in particular allowing us to keep bags there when our flight was cancelled at short notice.

Room seemed very warm, but fan was provided. Breakfast was true Continental breakfast, i.e. a lack of cooked items such as bacon etc

We loved every aspect of the hotel. Our room was relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. The location was perfect next to the rail station and the town centre. We will definitely be visiting again.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was nice though the options were limited and never changed in four days.

There was NO way to take a shower without getting water on the floor. The room was warm and the window wouldn't open very much.
