The location, right in between Västra Hamnen (coast and beach area) and the city centre. The breakfast was very extensive and had everything you might want, also for those who eat vegan or gluten free. The Ice Cube machine in the hallway was the best feature i ever encountered in a hotel. So clever not having to ask for ice in the bar all the time in summer or at night for a drink! The room was spacious with place to sit and chill, just as the bathroom. The toilet however was a bit weird and outdated.

No aircondition in the hotel, it was a very hot week. Rooms were hard to cool down and gym for example was way too hot. Also hot in the breakfast zone.

It’s a bit of a walk to get to the city center but there’s a bus stop right behind the hotel, which was very practical. You can walk to the waterfront in the evening to watch the sunset and see Copenhagen on the horizon. There’s a big supermarket near the hotel. The room was spacious with many hooks and storage to hang your clothes. Breakfast was good, there’s pastries, muffins, fruits, meatballs, eggs, sausages, bread, cold cuts, salads… The staff was very nice, check-in and check-out was fast.

We were assigned an accessible room, so the bathroom sink was too low and the water spilled everywhere on the floor when taking a shower. We only stayed two nights, so it was alright.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet area. There is a bus station 100 m away from the hotel from where you can take bus number 3 which goes to the Central Station (in 5 minutes). There is a supermarket 3 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast, though it was the same every day, is very good and gives you a lot of choices (including lactose-free or gluten-free products). You can leave your baggages in a separate room if you have a late flight. You can rent a bike directly from the reception.

The room is a bit dark, it could use a few extra lights (but the natural light compensates). Also, there are few sockets to charge your devices.

Great hotel located near the city center and the train central station of Malmö. You can easily walk towards the main attractions or you can get there by bus (you have two bus stations located near hotel). The staff was very nice and the breakfast very diverse. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We would definitely return.

We had the room located at the 7th floor and we could hear noises from the roof when it was very windy outside. In the room we found ear plugs given by hotel but personally I am not used with wearing them so this was my little inconvenience. Besides this everything was perfect.

Part of a chain this hotel lived up to expectations. In a recently developed suburb of Malmo. Very competently run. Nice breakfast - lots of choice. The ginger shots went down well. A relaxing 15 mins walk into town but also close to the sea shore with swimming facilities and places to launch kayaks etc. Parking beneath the hotel but can’t be booked so if you arrive late you probably won’t get a slot. Multi-storey parking across the road too but if you go in the one attached to the supermarket it’s pricey.

The room was clean, cozy and had a nice view as we stayed on the 5th floor. The breakfast had lots of choices and was really tasty. The hotel is worth the money for sure.

The walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbours all the time. On the weekend it gets busy and lots of people make noise until late at night.

Large, functional and modern hotel, located in the surroundings of the city, with a special care for animal companions. The hotel is very close (5 min) to the beach, sports stations, and a park (and its castle), with some cute restaurants and bars by the seaside. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, connected with the train station and city center (15 min travel), and you can pay on the bus, making it very easy to visit the rest of Malmö. Rooms and common areas are large and quiet, and breakfast included both continental dishes and Nordic traditional meals.

Some people from the staff were aloof and poorly helping, but others were very kind and compensated greatly. IMPORTANT: beware of spiders when opening rooms windows, apparently Malmö is infested, even in summer with these pests, not recommended for the arachnophobics...

Great location near Turning Torso and the waterfront. Just a 5-minute ride from the central station, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a large supermarket across the street. Fantastic breakfast with a wide selection of vegan options. The hotel also offers bike rentals with a cargo box, which is perfect for families with children. Comfortable pillows, though the ventilation could be better. Overall, the room was comfortable, with good internet and soundproofing. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Malmö.

Breakfast was really good with a lot of meals to choose from. Rooms are clean with soft madraces and a lot of pillows. WiFi is available in every room, and the hotel bar has some nice drinks if you don't feel like leaving the hotel. The bathroom is equipped with unlimited shampoo, hair regenerator, body wash, and lotion.

Walk-in showers have this strange design where half of the bathroom is wet after taking the shower. It's not really an issue since it's cleaned every day, but there must be a better solution than that.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Malmö. The breakfast was simply outstanding, with fresh ingredients constantly replenished by the attentive staff. The bread was always warm and freshly baked, making each morning a delight. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The location is perfect, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, a beautiful park nearby, and a large supermarket just across the street. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cozy cafés within walking distance for relaxation. The hotel is very quiet, with excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and although the rooms were warm, you can easily adjust the temperature by opening the windows. I was truly impressed and thoroughly satisfied with my stay! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malmö.
