This is something different, that we thoroughly enjoyed. The “rooms” are nicely decorated and follow various themes. The staff is very friendly and kind and you can rent two bikes per room for free. The location isn’t as remote as we thought and quite accessible via public transport. Share showers and bathrooms are nicer than at other camping sites we’ve been to.

It wasn’t evidently clear which rooms have a kitchenette and which have a bathroom. I initially wanted one with both but ended up in one with none. Just be careful when you book. My six year old didn’t like the kitchen - not exactly sure why, it might have been the scary clown pictures or other decorations in the room. We ate outside. Again, something to keep in mind if you’re travelling with small children.

The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures! The wagons, the bathrooms and the kitchen are extremely clean. There are several wagons (=rooms) and you can choose any you like. Rooms are private as you are alone, you are given a separate key and there is also a lock. Rooms have a king size bed, which is really comfortable, and the decoration is in accordance to the wagon's name with fancy wallpapers and paintings. The hotel gives you a bike for free if you book a room and that is super convenient as you can explore the whole city. Staff is extremely helpful! Definitely the concept of the hotel is something unique and very successful. Would recommend it anytime!

I loved this place. It fulfilled my earliest childhood dream of living in a circus. Waking up in a tent after a perfect night made me feel like a three year old again! ❤️ I wish I had stayed longer. Although the majority of the guests were young adults, the place is very children friendly and has a playground, a tree house and free bikes for adults and kids - and even one bike with a toddler seat, which was great. The staff is always smiling and welcoming and make you immediately feel welcomed. The kitchen is large enough and has plenty of utensils. They also gave us free coal and stuff for the barbecue, and I was amazed by how clean the grill was :) It's such a great idea to create a place where people can be children again and not only sleep, but also... dream! Thank you!

Of course, common toilets and bathrooms are not always clean, which is not very practical to handle when you have two small children.

It looks super fun!! I absolutely adore the style of this hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this experience!

It was a little bit cold during the night and the provided heater was too small to heat up the wagon properly, otherwise it is all as described.

What a great idea, to transform an old circus into a tile! We rented the pavilion for a night, and it was a great experience! The staff is super friendly, the beds are cozy, and the room is extraordinary! The surrounding food makes up for what might lack in comfort.

Sharing a bathroom and needing to cross the courtyard for going to the loo was fine for a night, but would not be my take for a longer stay.

Having the rooms spread over the site, in circus trailers is an original and interesting concept. The staff was charming during the check-in.

Although the weather was a bit extreme notably due to the high winds and rain, I believe rain water drainage could be improved on site. Also a 24/7 key drop box could be added, if not already available, I could not find one. I was not in a hurry and waited until the reception opening time in the morning. I did not see any horse, but they could have been under the Circus tent, which I did not visit. I believe horses should be present in a circus site.

Very good accommodation with a nice idea of a circus stand. Not everything was in perfect condition, but descent was not bad and the personnel was very helpful. The local position was very nice and I consider our staying in Grand Circus hotel as one of best peaks of our Scandinavian journey. 👍

In our small wagon was not a lot of place and a part of it was filled with some ideas of Fortuna Tours wagon oficiál inhabitant. S perfect advantages of Grand cirkus hotel koncert possibility of free borrowing a bike and taking it to a city. The scent of this for bikes was not perfect and our bike was broken after 1 km going from the hotel. The personnel l was very nice and helpful and invited ass for a homemade beer as a compensation. 👍

So creative and charming , the stay itself was what we told people about and showed pictures of back home. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

It rained quite a bit while we were there so we mostly just stayed cozied up in our circus cars and read, which was delightful, but it felt a bit removed from what we would have otherwise gone and seen. They did have bikes available though.

The uniqueness of the property is what sold it to me in the first place. It’s very unconventional and if you are into that sort of thing you will enjoy this.

The signage to the property from the main road could be a bit more clearer as when I arrived at the maps location I had to check several times to make sure I was on the correct place. But other then that no complaints. It was all great.

I appreciated having a fan in the room as I get very hot when I sleep. I liked that the shower areas were clean for being used by everyone at the hotel. Thank you for providing towels in the room prior to arrival. The toilet areas were well stocked with toilet paper. The night that I stayed, I was told that a band was playing in the big tent for a sold out crowd. All of the rooms/wagons are in close proximity to one another; but, I heard none of it. That was great!

During the summer months, I would like to have had a lighter blanket option. I also did not like that since there are mosquitoes in the area, there were no screens on the ceiling opening nor the window. I did get a few mosquito bites. Additionally, I did not like how the grass was overgrown around the entrance to my room. This is being extra, but I did not like the muddy/dirty pathways to get to the toilets/showers. I am so glad I brought a pair of flip flops.
