All the Staff were very helpfull and friendly, some one on duty around the clock at reception. Sandwiches and drinks available in the foyer round the clock. Very,Very good and plentiful breakfast. We were in Malmö for a big event so we actually just booked what was available, however the location worked for us and the purpose of our visit, and there's a frequent number 4 bus to and from the Central station that stops near enough. Don't let the somewhat institutional exterior put you off, inside it's kinda paired back in style but actually very cosy. Given the price it was good value for the money

Space for clothes and luggage is somewhat limited. Pay attention when checking in, If you want your room serviced you need to book it, but once you know that it's no big deal.

It's quiet and has a homely atmosphere. Good for families. The nature surrounding the hotel is superb. The best thing is that even though the hotel is located in a quiet area but it is near from everything when you have a car. If you have a booking the parking is free. The staff are nice and friendly and on top of that, the breakfast is really abundant.

We are not tall people but the ceiling is too low. There was a pair of used socks left hanging in the rack that the cleaners missed to remove.

Very good hotel if you're looking for a place to stay around Malmö with your family. We were greeted by the very welcoming staff. Our children were given complimentary drinks. The hotel has leasure activities for kids indoors and outdoors. There's a small pool indoors.

There was no air conditioner in the room and it was a relatively hot day when we stayed there. Opening the windows didn't help.

Breakfast was very good, site was calm and quiet, pool was empty which was good since it was the main reason for taking my daughter there. Relaxing environment and many activities available.

The pool could have been cleaner/fresher and more up to date (for example very loose railing on the stairs down to the water and also a bit dirt/build up on the pool walls). Still clean enough and note that this is not a complaint, just feedback for improvements :).

Cozy room with bunkbeds for the kids, clean new bathroom & tasteful modern decor. Table tennis in the lobby was great! Breakfast was AMAZING!

Road works as we drove in & unable to explore the property as we didn't have any time. The outdoor pool looked inviting but not sure if we could use it(?)

A lot of activities for children, including (bookable, but free) small indoor pool and free entrance to neighboring outdoor pools area.

Really really hot room. Which was not the case last time. I guess you need to be lucky which room you get.

Ideal location only 10 minutes from the train station. Very good breakfast. All staff were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome.

Would have preferred a double bed rather than a twin. No tissues in room or washroom. Towels were really rather poor. No restaurant on a Sunday

Hotel truly surprised me positively. I think it has been refurbished lately. Perfectly located by the sports grounds, so certainly a perfect place in the summertime for sports mined and families, I would say. I stayed one night halfway through my trip and the hotel was perfectly located close to the motorway. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, with vegan breakfast corner. I drive a lot between Scandinavia and UK and this certainly is going to be my hotel to stay in the future. Travelled with my dog, great surroundings to take the dog for a walk. I seldom comment about the beds but it was heaven for my back after 1100km driving ;)

They advertise a pool that's frankly impossible to use. I arrived at 2pm to check in for one night. I asked to use the pool to be told it was fully booked. I only booked the hotel, as I was on a road trip, and wanted to relax in a pool after driving for 6 hours...

The locations was excellent and easy to get to. The sauna was lovely and super easy to book! I was pleasantly surprised by all the vegan options at breakfast, hummus cheese and lot of yogurts, definitely more than expected!! And the whole buffet was very good.

The downstairs was a bit busy and noisy but that's understandable as we came near the 1st of May, and we happened to have a room on the first floor. But all in all everything was excellent!!
