The property was in a nice location. Close to food. With nice accommodations such as the fridge per room, bathroom, TV, etc. Option to do laundry is nice. And the staff is willing to answer questions I may have. Very lovely staff! Having the train so close is great too.

The floors creek, so I felt disruptive walking around at later hours if, for example, when I need to use the restroom. Some of the doors are a little heavy to open and close. The table in my room was a bit wobbly. My room had an odd oder that smelt like glue.

Stayed for two nights in a single room, which was not big but very practically arranged and furnished: window, bed with a shelf, reading lamp and sockets, a desk with a lamp, a small wardrobe with hangers, even a small fridge! Free wifi, TV. The shared bathroom was clean and close to the room. The shared kitchen was well equipped and clean, with clear instructions (dishwasher, waste selection). The location is perfect, right opposite the train station of the small town (not making the stay noisy at all!) - trains run frequently to Lund and Malmö, so it's perfect if you want to avoid driving&parking in those cities.

This is a really nice homestay in a peaceful area outside Malmo (about 30km). We did not meet the hosts but they had arranged for the keys and instructions right in the morning of the day we were supposed to arrive. Upon our arrival, the room was ready. The room was well furnished with super comfy beds, mattresses and pillows. We had a nice sleep. The only problem was that the room was super hot but it was because of the hot day. We opened our balcony door for a couple of hours and it was fine. Kitchen was well furnished and had all what you needed. The washrooms were really clean too. No problems at all. We travelled here by car and the parking was super close by and free. There is a railway station right outside the property across the street so reaching here doesn't seem to be any problem. We did not have any problems with the sound of the trains at all, could sleep peacefully. Overall, this property is good to stay at. Good value for money. The best part was that the bed linens and cleaning was included in the price.

There is a ventilation fan in the room but it is practically useless because it was fitted right next to the window/balcony door. so the stale air isn't fanned out.

Lovely place to stay. The room was very nice and well equipped. The kitchen had many useful utensils and separate boxes and shelves for each room. Check-in was super easy. It was a nice place to stay on our holiday. Will recommend for longer and shorter stays.

Basic but very comfortable stay. The room was small but functional, the bed was good. We only used the shared kitchen for breakfast, but everything seemed to be there. All the facilities were very clean. We didn't have any interaction during check-in but before arrival we received a text from the owner with instructions, so that was very practical.

Not a very inspiring environment, but perfect trainconnection and for us it was ideal to have free parking in front.

Everything was smooth from communication with owner, to code on the door to clean room. The owner even let me to leave my bike in the room since I was bikepacking through Sweden. The stay is right next to train station but it was extremely quiet so amazing for travelers coming by train.

The bed was extremely soft but thats more of a matter of preference.

Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped. The self check-in and check-out are perfect, especially for those travelling via ferry. This was one of the very few affordable places that allowed for a late arrival.

It is amazing to have an actual kitchen and also the staff were super helpful. The space was super clean, and quiet.

Nice and cozy. Nothing special, just a simple stay and for a night totally fine.

The mattress was way to soft for my taste. But nevertheless my sleep was okay.
