We visited the Staffanstorps Gästis Hotell already on our way to Olso. We decided to stay overnight on our way back again as we enjoyed the quality level of the hotel and the room. This time we booked a bigger room with a private whirlpool at the roof terrace... perfect after a long drive on the highway. The diner at the restaurant was good and tasty. The staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful. And as the area is pretty isolated - do not expect any liveliness near the accommodation - the hotel is very quiet. Perfect if you want to sleep and rest!

Small suggestion: ask the operator of the flashing, overly large, LED advertising screen across the street to dim the light in the evening and night. That would save a lot of energy while there is no one on the street to read it ;-)

The hotel rooms are located in a relatively new building separate from the old main building which has the appearance of a former inn. The spaces in the new building are all a bit narrow but all parts of the building are kept in perfect state. We stayed one night on our trip to Norway and we decided to book one night on our way back as well because we were very satisfied. The first room was small but really fine for one night, very clean and the beds are really comfy! And... the airco does what it needs to do: keeping the room on just the right temperature however it was hot outside.

Minor detail: the breakfast buffet served in the old building was fine but also a bit basic with not much variation and because of that a little overpaid.

I love that it’s so clean and modern. The staff is extremely nice and location, 15 min to Malmö, is very convenient. The breakfast is also good.

We stayed in a bigger room with balcony and it was very good. One problem there is that the room next to it is only a door, so if you don’t rent out both rooms you will hear everything going on from your neighbor. The price is also on the higher side as you can get an equally good room in Malmö for a cheaper price.

Very helpful staff. Nice modern, clean and quiet bedroom. Although not used, good little gym, sauna and steam room. Not far from Malmo and cheaper. Free parking and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Not unexpected in a small village but not much to do around or eat out after 9pm.

Great little hotel with a lot to offer! My room was tastefully decorated and had all the essentials. The pancakes for breakfast were especially delicious. Free parking is a bonus, and the proximity to Malmö makes it a preferable option to staying in the city. Highly recommend!

The only downside was the pillows, which didn't quite match the quality of the rest of the experience.

The staff is exceptionally helpful, professional and courteous. Nothing, it seems, is impossible. And with a lively 2year old, there are plenty of things one could need.

We’ve been here thrice before and have yet to find something we do not like.

very nice hotel. modern clean. friendly staff. english spoken. dinner and breakfast great. in a nice little town near to Lund, Malmö and not that far from Copenhagen. A great place to stay when visiting south Sweden

Good breakfast and supper. Kind and helpful staff. Nice room with easy access to roof terrace. The location was suitable for our trip towards Oslo. If we are travelling past, we could easily stay here again.

Nothing special

It’s a new property with very modern rooms and facilities. The breakfast is nice and the staff very friendly. A big plus is that they have EV charging stations on the parking lot next to Gästis.

I think the price is a bit on the steep side. There are cheaper options in Malmö that are equally good or better.

Stayed last night before heading on to CPH. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff Comfortable beds. Nespresso machine in room. Wonderful breakfast. Free parking. Free use of bicycles.
