Room was OK, typical hotel room I guess, too small for suitcases though! But the pillows sucked so did not sleep well hence I only gave an 8*! We chose this hotel as it said they had underground parking....on check in when we asked about parking, we were directed to the local carpark around the corner. Maybe the hotel's parking was already full?? Breakfast was excellent. Quiet street with good choice of restaurants nearby.

Check in. We arrived from the port on a ferry around 9:30 PM. I was a little concerned about a late checkin, emailed the property and received a quick response that they were open until 10:30, not 10:00. If the ferry was delayed just let them know and they would instruct us on what to do for an arrival after 10:30.

Bathrooms are small requiring a creative shower door that closes for more room but then opens to allow for taking a shower but does make for water on bathroom floor. Needs to be wiped up so feet/shoes to not get wet when entering bathroom.

We arrived under serious distress because we had accidentally left a daypack with documents and crucial medication on the train. All the staff were exceptionally helpful in every way (phone calls, easy payment options for additional nights, emotional support) until the backpack was retrieved a few days later. We are very very grateful. The room and the breakfast were also excellent.

Uneventful stay, easy to check-in. Good breakfast, Slept well in the bed.

I guess the hotel does not wash their decorative cushions too often and therefore it is not nice to find them residing on top of the regular cushion when entering the room

The staff at the hotel were all very good. The WiFi was fine and my request for a quiet room was fulfilled. Decent breakfast selection too. The bedroom was fairly small but adequate for a night and the bathroom had an excellent shower. Car parking in the garage below the hotel is an additional charge but worth it. Note though that it is very tight to get in and out. I managed with an estate car but anything bigger is unlikely to make it. The location is right in the centre of town.

The staff was amazing and very accomodating. We had an early ferry and they went out of their way to get us an earlier breakfast. Amazing. The rooms are cozy and everything was quite clean.

There was some minimal noise coming in from the street, but nothing too loud.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Parking in the garage is great. It might be difficult to get there with a big car but somebody was able to park with Range Rover. We have bought souvenirs at the reception and I have found 1 extra toy in the bag when I was at home. Thank you very much, it is very kind of you.

Nice and cozy place, close to the town center and just around the corner from the ferry terminal Reasonable price too, I only booked the stay a couple hours before I arrived. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL. Nice, polite, helpful, everything was just right. Breakfast is also included in the stay, and the food was good too. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling through Trelleborg.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with many options, including freshly baked waffles! Close to ferry port, train station and city center, everything within a short walking distance. Comfortable bed and practically furnitured.

Nothing really. Just that in the bathroom there was just one movable door to seperate the shower from the rest of the room, so the bathroom still got quite wet.

We arrived late in the evening, the woman at the reception was very nice and responsive. We also said that we would leave the hotel early in the morning, and asked her for a breakfast package. She had prepared a package with great things for us in the morning. For me she is an example of a good person.
