Everything was amazing ...this property is absolutely ideal for digital nomads... from the wifi reliability and strength to the service and front desk (Lina was the best!) to the gym facilities, to the design and common areas to the beautiful design of the room itself (everything upscale and nice - kitchen with everything you need and beautiful bathroom too) - you just couldn't ask for more. If Unity had places worldwide, I would probably exclusively use them for all my accommodations.

There's nothing not to like, but the only thing less than perfect is the location - it's not in a bad area but it's not exactly in the middle of town either. I don't mind walking, so I would just walk to the center of Malmo taking only about 20-25 minutes. It just wasn't ideal, yet it still was very workable.

Hotel is modern, beautiful, and designed well. Gym is awesome with modern equipment. Very kind and professional staff, specially at the reception.

Shower gel bottle kept falling from the wall after every shower (secured with a tape installed of screwed in). Only one blanket was on the bed when we arrived, we find next day another one is under the bed. Better to put them both on the bad or puta one but bigger one. Breakfast is a bit too simple (try adding some cooked food and make it with less limits in quantities. Two products for breakfast may be enough but approach seams limiting. Better to give people some extra food than to throw away the scraps.

The kitchenette was really useful, staff were informative and friendly, breakfast was tasty and open for a good amount of time. Access to a gym and a washing room was a definite plus.

The bed was pretty hard/firm that meant that my back wasn't very happy. Cleaning was pretty good, but missed under the pull out chair/couch and there was a bottle that was meant for recycling left behind and a cover for a razor on the floor in the bathroom that were missed. The windows opened out to the main street, which was fine. But there was no sheer curtain available to allow light in but not people seeing in. Would be good to add that to be able to allow for privacy and also allow light in.

Design of rooms and external spaces is modern. I liked the sustainable carpet on the outdoor floor, the green house in the middle of the hotel, and the quality of the provided kitchen utensils. I had a 19 m2 room for almost a month. The room is designed for tall people (ex cabinets) and the bathroom was more than spacious enough. It was a good alternative before finding an apartment. The gym is a great addition, and the laundry-dryer is great and easy to use. Bus stop number 3 and the supermarkets are very close to the hotel. Noise levels were generally low.

When the room is cleaned weekly, it would be great to pay more attention to cleaning the floor.

Great kitchen amenities and a sharp easy-to-use design in room. Great gym and stunning orangery. Great value breakfast and very helpful and friendly reception staff; most housekeeping staff were friendly. Healthy snacks and food options during the day. Great location. Quiet - amazing!! Really impressed with the concept and vfm.

my only issue is the toilet had not been cleaned; there were bright lines of very yellow urine down the outside of the bowl. The inside of the cabinet above the toilet was dusty with hairs on every shelf. The floor in the room was sticky and had food and other residue as well as a lot of crumbs - it hadn't been swept/hoovered or mopped. The seat near the window and the base of the bed had crumbs and some kind of residue/ bodily fluid. The next morning a cleaner was shocked. She cleaned it as best she could but did not have time to mop/clean bed

This is the only time I have taken no pics or video of the room as it was exactly as shown in the website. I was only here for a short stay but I would have loved if my smaller apartments or dorms back in the day were designed so nicely, both the room and bathroom had perfect size with lots of smart storage and very functional kitchen so I can see it being great for longer stays. Location was excellent, very calm area with fast connection to the center.

Only thing I struggled with was the main entrance's automatic door opening button not working and struggling a bit to drag the luggage in and out while holding the door.

The room was super-duper exceptionally clean, even the bathroom! The kitchenette was equipped with everything you need to cook: very convenient, especially if you don't mind cooking for yourself instead of going out to eat. You can even grill a steak, just like at home! Plus, the place is pretty quiet, you won't be woken up by street noise.

The place has almost no downsides, except... If you prefer a more substantial breakfast with hot food (eggs, sausages, bacon, etc.), then it is better to consider other places. But if you are satisfied with a light breakfast consisting of salami, fresh vegetables, cheese, muesli, etc., you will not be disappointed.

I had a very comfortable stay. The studio was clean, quiet, and located on the upper floor. Reception staff were always available and kindly accommodated a late check-out. The studio even had a small dishwasher, which was super convenient. I also appreciated the multiple cozy coworking spaces, it was perfect for my short workation.

Everything about the room was great just that there could be more clothes hangers provided. And the location isn’t very central, so walking to the city center daily might be a bit inconvenient. However, it's easily accessible by public transport, takes around 10–15 minutes.

The hotel is clean and modern, the orangery is so beautiful and the perfect place for breakfast or an evening sitting and relaxing. The room was clean and had all the facilities you could possibly need in a compact space. Most of all the staff here are so friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit hard and on the small side for a double - also awkwardly one side was against a wall which made getting in and out without disturbing the other person a little tricky. The breakfast didn't have too much choice - the pistachio bread was delicious but other than that I could only see small pastries and cornflakes with yoghurt as an option?

I stayed for 4 weeks during my Swedish course and really enjoyed it. The orangery was a great place to sit and work. I liked the room and it had everything i needed for my stay. The hotel itself is calm and quiet, but there is a construction place next door. The rooms where however very well soundproofed. 1 cleaning a week was great and the location is very central. They offer underground bike parking where I could also charge my electric bike. My room was spacious and the bed comfortable. My boyfriend did not stay with me full time, it might have been a bit cramped. But i would definetly reccomend it for 1 person!

I missed a few small thing in my room: a dustpan and brush (you can borrow at reception, but i missed it in my room for a quick go trough) and a coat rack (plenty of cupboard space, but for your coats not so easy/handy). There is a hughe construction site next to the hotel and my room faced it, it did not bother me that much but I could hear it and they are busy the entire day. That being sad: I would definetly reccomend it and stay agian!
