- the friendly and helpful staff, they were really attentive - the calm surroundings - the outstanding breakfast quality (and the fact that it was included in the price) - the price in general, for Sweden it was really good - the location: although the hotel is located on the countryside, for a road traveller you have great access to Skåne cities like Skanör-Falsterbo, Trelleborg, Lund, Malmö or Ystad

My room wasn't clean in some aspects: behind the bed on a ledge there was a lot of dust, it probably wasn't cleaned for a long time. Also there were small dead larvae on the floor. The hotel provided water filled in glass bottles for free and I don't know how it got inside, but in one full water bottle there was also a dead larva inside

Everything (except the 1 negative mentioned) The room was gorgeous, the food soo good, the breakfast tasty. All meat and diary is from their own animals that you can visit and see in the property. Clean, comfy, cozy. 5stars

The only negative thing I have to say I that the checking was not very clear, we stood by the counter for a long tobr before this gentleman showed up, looking bored or unimpressed, asked for our reservation. I told him it was under my name and provided the information, he took it in but turned to my boyfriend and gave him all the information and kind of ignored me. It did not feel very welcoming for me All other personal were great, friendly and helpful

Beautiful traditional architecture, and very nice gardens. The room has good beds and a good bathroom, and quality sofas. The breakfast, rather than on many options, is about high quality, which we liked - the place has own production of vegetables and meat. We were introduced to it by a very cheerful waitress. The fairly large establishment is situated very close the main road E22 that brings from Malmö to Trelleborg, yet isolated enough not to hear noise from that. It is easy to reach Skanör and Falsterbo.

We might understand just to some extent some of the negative ratings about the lack of warmth in the welcoming. This was about the first day, it was a bit difficult to get in touch with the personnel due to a malfunction of their phone then the reception was not particularly cheerful as you might expect nowadays - but absolutely not impolite. Otherwise, I found the appearance of the room sort of cold, missing some color - warmer ceiling light or a pendant light would make the difference. Cleaning of the room could have been better, while the bathroom was impeccably clean, I found spots on the table and accumulated dust in the corner of a window.

The property is really beautiful and quiet. The grounds are well-maintained. The breakfast is quite fantastic! Great little gourmet shop on the grounds as well.

Our group wished the lounge area was more accessible, as in not locked outside of dining hours. We would have enjoyed drinks before dinner and somewhere to gather and chat.

Although close to the main highway for easy access, you felt like you were in a remote country paradise. The staff in the shop were wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate our request to take our food we purchased back to our rooms. They packed everything into picnic baskets and we ended up with a feast in the courtyard by our rooms. The food served for breakfast is all farm to table! Walking through the garden areas hidden inside the hedges was such a treat- my teen boys and I discovered them all! Walking by all the pigs and piglets was wonderful as well, this place was my sort of vacation location!! We also had an issue when our flight got cancelled, and they extended out check out time at no charge while we sorted out what we were going to do.

Out of the 3 rooms my family members occupied, the bathroom smelled like pigs (or sewer) in the room we were in. The rest were fine. Because of the close proximity to animals, it was our only stop in Sweden that actually had flies!

Beautiful organic farm with many awards! It's a hidden gem. Highly recommend anyone who is visiting Malmo. Very friendly staff with a boutique hotel vibe. Great breakfast with food that are from the farm. How special! The kids had a great time watching the animals and walking around the herb garden.

Flys. But knowing no pesticides are used, that's a minor annoyance. Flys are pollinators too ;p

Part of a big farming domain with the owner very invested in his animals health and well being, specifically the free range pigs who we saw romping by through our window. Breakfast was very well taken care of with their own farm products including meat originating from their own livestock.

We were very close to the freeway which made quite a noise, if the wind was coming in from the east. Closing the windows solved that but isn't always an option in summertime.

It seems that bilding were old bigery ❤️ Room and bathroom were big. The breakfast was diversi.

Room was clean but when I walk with barefoor my feet were dirty (dusti). WiFi were slow.
