Perfect location. Walking distance to the Gondola, Grocery Market (coope city), downtown, and train. My husband and I spend a week there for a ski trip. We enjoyed staying at Radisson, besides location, hotel was so clean, bar and food were so good, breakfast was great! And, the staff were so friendly.

What was there not to like? Everything here was absolutely on point: Efficient, friendly, polite, welcoming, helpful, knowlegeable staff Fantastic location close to the Furka pass, shops, restaurants and main roads out of Switzerland Large, smooth, flat extra secure car park with several barriers, CCTV and excellent ventilation with warnings when exhaust levels were high Large, clean, contemporary rooms with great views, large comfortable bed and large bathroom AMAZING large swimming pool and spa facilities to accommodate a number of people Games area with pool table, darts game and foosball table Breakfast was brilliant with lots of options and plenty staff on hand to help

A big new hotel built on the outskirts of Andermatt in a new high rise development. Rooms very modern and well equipped and comfy and quiet. Very secure parking. Big open bar/lounge area. Breakfast buffet excellent. Probably a good option as a transit stop rather than a place to stay for an extended period, but the facilities are very good.

We checked in at 430, but were told we couldn't get a reservation for dinner even though we were residents. As the hotel is nowhere near any other bars or restaurants, we had to have a simple bar snack. No aircon in the rooms means the rooms are too warm in the summer months.

The outlook from the pool could be improved and it would be achieved with graded film manifestation (similar pattern to the film on the glass door for example). Just high enough to screen the road, not the full height, obviously. Please ask your architects to make a proposal. Film is not that expensive and this would elevate the experience of the space. I understand that the construction works are temporary, but the road will always be there.

We did not enjoy the spa and the pool. Sauna: Sauna was too bright (lighting) with big windows, so it was not comfortable to be naked there in particular when it is crowded at 5pm. Swimming suits are forbidden in the spa but some people still wear them. Also there were not many infrastructure in the spa (mostly two saunas and a hamam). Pool: temperature of the water but mostly of the room was too cold to be enjoyable in Winter. Most people stay only 15 minutes and leave because the room temperature is a bit cold.

the hotel pool was nice, although a little cooler then I would have liked. the construction outside blocked some of the views of the mountains from the pool. staff was wonderful and helped me with my bags when I arrived. parking was just downstairs although there isn't enough parking dedicated to the hotel close by. Breakfast as huge and well stocked. restaurant staff was friendly and helpful.

Dinner at the hotel was just meh, and overpriced for what it was. I expected more considering the hotel itself. restaurant next door was much better.

Great hotel in a great location. Very big hotel with plenty of facilities. Room was large, super clean and had everything you need. Bed very comfy and bathroom big with rainfall shower. Even the tv had English channels. Unusually for a modern hotel it had no air conditioning, so it was quite warm. It also had a large selection for breakfast, it also does dinner and bar food which was on the expensive side. You also have to pay for parking but this is the same everywhere you go in switzerland.

Big hotel with underground parking. Very clean and lovely restaurant with amazing food.

Still part of an ongoing building site as they are finishing off other hotels. We were surrounded by cranes developing the site, but not informed by our hotel prior to arrival. It didn’t spoil our trip, but I would have preferred knowing beforehand rather than the surprise upon arrival!
