It's not a hotel (they just provide the room all rest is a short walk away in an other Hotel) but we were still very happy with our stay. The staff at the nearby Mountain Lodge were very helpful with taking care of our needs, helping us out and delivering a killer breakfast. TV functioning is very complicated.

Lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Parking down a little side street. Room & bathroom were a good size This hotel is about 2km away from.Sedrun town so we walked to stretch our legs. There's pavement all the way & a gentle incline. The hotel also has a restaurant if you don't want to travel where we had breakfast the following morning, which was very good.

Check in & directions (via the Booking.com link) were a little confusing - you check in via Mountain Lodge, which is also where you get breakfast and check out. The rooms are up a set of steps, or via the next road (where you park).

We had stunning views from our balcony. Room was comfortable and clean. Great breakfast and the staff were really helpful. Excellent location close to train station and a short walk to Sedrun.

Wifi wasn’t very reliable. We were provided with a kettle but only two paper cups - not a big deal.

Very nice friendly hosts and breakfast was great. Nice sized room, nice and quiet being back off the road.

Not really close to anything like supermarket or variety of restaurants, eateries etc. Being Switzerland it's on the expensive side.

We had a lovely stay here with friends. We booked 2 double rooms with a balcony. The food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent & the staff were lovely. It was an ideal stop on our driving holiday.

Nothing really. Check in was a bit complicated as we couldn't initially find reception but that was our fault 😁

Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was a good size with a nice terrace and mountain views. The buffet breakfast was very good. Overall it was probably the best place we have stayed at in Switzerland.

TV reception was poor with limited channels, but this didn't really bother us.

I was traveling by motorbike and the parking is on a slope, so for a bike not ideal. But otherwise I would book again.

The rules for the charging station need to be more clear. There was a car connected for the full evening and night, even if it was fully charged and they didn't know how to contact them or how to disconect them.

Hotel is said to be in Sedrun but is in Rueras! It is then difficult to find. The nearby hotel doesn't seem to be happy to provide breakfast and check-out for La Val BB
