Excellent location, and a good customer service. The food was good and have enough links to public transport (train or bus to move around). You have enough restaurant joints around hotel and station to suit your taste pallette. The train and bus station is walkable.

Though the facilities seems fine, the chair was not maintained properly and lack of power sockets. It is highly recommended to check the Swiss socket type as not all the universal adapter has such option, especially if your cables are heavy.

We arrived early but the lady at registration called the maid and told her to clean our room next and then she brought us coffee and a hazelnut cookie (delicious). Other members of the staff were SO FRIENDLY. They would engage in conversation like old friends. My friend had a lot of requests and they were very promote (bringing extra pillow)

Nothing to dislike

The lady in reception was lovely really helpful and very friendly. Showed me where to go and get dinner as I was very late checking in and the restaurant was beautiful. I felt really safe and at home and anything I asked for was no trouble to the staff. Within walking distance of train station and very easy to get to.

No AC but the big fan by my bed was just brilliant

I was impressed by the level of service and cleanliness. The room was a good size and very comfortable. It's shower area was small but the doors closed properly, unlike idenitcal showers in other, recent hotels, so the floor kept dry. Thankfully, they had plenty of Euro>Swiss power adaptors and were able to lend me one.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast was unspectacular. The area around the hotel isn't the most 'alive', quite industial and a far cry from the beauty of Fribourg old town

Close to the train station, easy instructions if the reception is closed, very clean and quiet room. The staff answered messages quickly. No air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room

The door to the bathroom didn't close properly, but as I was by myself that was not an issue. The door to the room was surprisingly difficult to unlock.

This hotel is not luxurious but has an excellent staff, is very clean and well maintained, the rooms are simple and perhaps a little gloomy, but excellent value for money. The restaurant is very good.

I have stayed here many time before, and will stay many more times in the future. It is perfect for my needs. Staff particularly friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms is not great.

Upon my arrival the receptionist was really nice. She let me charged my phone twice really nice staff. The room was clean I didn’t expect a studio so that went above my expectation. Very impressed The bed was extremely comfortable The shower , toilet was impeccably clean The hotel looks nice around. The breakfast was extremely yummy. I loved the quality of the bread. Small options but it was ok. I would have loved fried eggs etc Shame the restaurant was closed I’d definitely come again !

Very convenient Hotel well located close to the train station and center of Fribourg. Everything in walking distance. Rooms are fine and clean. A nice breakfast. Certainly value for money.

Very friendly staff, contacted us in advance to arrange a few details of the room given the high occupancy the weekend we visited.
