The location is perfect : there is a bus stop close from the hotel, this bus line go to the train station, only 15mn away...also it is a safe and quiet location. The staff at these Ibis & Ibis budget are always very friendly and helpful. Our room was very tidy and clean, so as the bathroom. The bed was extremely clean & comfortable and we slept sooooo good ! In the bathroom there was always plenty of body/Hand-wash and shampoo, and fresh/soft towels. We watched the telly too, there are many programmes to watch in different languages. There is air condition in the room if needed.

Room confortable and quiet. We slept very well.

Breakfast & parking. Breakfast very basic, sometimes things missing (no croissants the 1st morning), broken (no scrambled egges one morning because device out of service), not working well (toaster not really toasting) ... we left at 6 am the last day but no Breakfast ready to take away so we just got 1 piece of bread despite having telling them the day before. Parking with charge so we had to park somewhere else the day we borrowed a car as it was cheaper than just staying there a few hours.

Two aper cup only and one bottle of mineral water only provided at first day. Hair dryer is noisy and too hot to handle. no nice view from my room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly in every way - despite language barriers, they spoke and understood English very well. The location itself was easy to find. Highly recommend this hotel👍

They were renovating b'fast room at Ibis so b'fast was held at IBIS Budget and it was a bit sparse. Not much choice for the price. No eggs, toast, waffles, no different kinds of milk.

Excellent hotel that offers everything necessary, 24-hour reception and a very kind receptionist who met us with a smile despite our very late arrival and check-in

Breakfast is definitely overpriced

It was perfect place, because I had business in the Forum nearby. Close to the public bus station. Not far from city center and old town.
