The hotel is located in a historical district. Close to multiple bus routes, making it easy to explore the entire city. The room had large windows that opened to allow fresh air to circulate in the room and a small fan. Our room was comfortable with a water kettle and small fridge. Breakfast was simple, but filling. The staff was warm and friendly. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel if you want to be located in Old Town, away from the hustle of the city (the bus to the train station is a 6-minute ride). You step out of the hotel and are greeted by a lovely medieval village with water fountains, stone walkways, towering buildings, and beautiful building facades. I loved exploring the village!

Location was great, useful lift, friendly staff on reception. The hotel has some great cafes and bars nearby. Breakfast was varied. As there’s no onsite bar or restaurant it would be nice if the room service situation was clearer.

Pillows, they just collapse when you put your head down! Breakfast, the first morning nothing had been cleared nor refilled, no eggs etc, with an hour to go. Second morning this had improved greatly. Coffee isn’t great. Staff polite but not friendly.

Fabolous Stuff, so helpful, wonderful room, very good and comfortable bed, very close to restaurants and bars (all in walking distance), a few parking spaces in a near parking garage

you have to be lucky to get a parking spot in the parking garage, a terrace is available but no stuff dedicated to serve you drinks, you can order via qr-code

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Its central location was perfect for exploring the city and visiting all the main attractions with ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. I truly loved being there. 10/10 – I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Excellent location, in the centre of the old city of Fribourg and conveniently just a few steps away from a bus stop. The room was kept very clean. Helpful staff.

Can get a bit noisy outside the hotel in the evenings, but not late into the night and closing windows was effective. No air conditioning but we were provided by a small fan, which was sufficient to keep cool.

The room was comfortable and the location, in my case, perfect. It should also suit most people, being so central. Sorry, did not take breakfast at the hotel - pricing slightly on the exorbitant side. Also, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me in a suitable room despite the hotel being very full.

Issues with initial payment and unjustified rejection of card.

The staff are wonderful, thoughtful, and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful building. The location is great. The city view from the room is amazing. The bed is comfortable, the shower and TV is great. We will definitely stay there next time.

Even though we came very late at night the self check-in was very smooth.they responded me on the telephone and guided very well how to do self check-in.the room was very clean.staff was also helpful.
