Centrally located near cathedral. Very spacy appartment (two floors).

Had to pick up the key via codes and letter box. The building is a bit old and the elevator is rather adventurous (but OK, and it was good to know in advance through an SMS). There is no breakfast in the hotel, so we went to the recommended café nearby (that was fine).

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It's also in a good location near the city center. Staff was friendly.

The emails! I received more than 10 emails related to the hotel and I spent just one night there. One email was to confirm my reservation, the next to welcome me, the next to ask if I had questions, the next to ask me if I wanted to check in online etc. Very annoying

Nice apartment on the fourth floor with new furniture and new renovation. Very comfortable shower with excellent stream and temperature regulation. We don't need to wash dishes in check-out like in many apartments. There are two entrances: in one we lived there are elevator, in entrance with self check-in - no elevator.

Not easy to find the door for self check-in: there are two doors. The man helped me to find envelope and said that reception was closed now. We came in half an hour earlier and our room was not ready, but nobody was in the room. I went to that man and asked what to do. He called somebody and said that we can leave our luggage in the room. After that cleaning staff came and continuer cleaning. I don't know if somebody returned to our room if I didn't ask that man. It is not comfortable to come to dirty room without any warning.

We had the apartment on the top floor. It was pretty warm when we arrived but there were fans in every room that cooled it down quickly.

Staff. Location. Parking spot.

Kitchen & bathroom small. They may need some revamp. Still, it is a good apartment for a couple of days, but I have seen better ones during this trip to C.H.

Check in was challenging, but luckily there was staff there to help us, and it was all good.

The apartment was nice an clean, easy to access.

The bathroom was very small and there was no carpet on the floor, as advertised.

Very good location. Just next to the center of the old town. Several Attractions, great restaurants are within few minutes walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy.
